Instructions of Use
- Plug the PEST COMPLETE REPELLER HOME into an electrical outlet in the area you want to protect, in a vertical position and with the LED light on the top. Plug it in an area unblocked by furniture to obtain optimal dispersion of the ultrasound waves. Do not hang it in hidden places, or behind curtains or furniture.
- Avoid obstructing the front part of the device. In order to eliminate flies/mosquitos you should plug in PEST COMPLETE REPELLER HOME in a at a height of between 3 ft. (1 m) and 6 1/2 ft. (2 m). Avoid pointing it toward open doors or windows.
- The LED indicator light will come on and the device will start working.
- The PEST COMPLETE REPELLER HOME should not be used in conjunction with extermination systems that use poison or traps, since the two methods work against each other (repulsion vs. attraction).
- Should you notice an increased presence of mice, cockroaches and/or ants in the first few days of using the
PEST COMPLETE REPELLER HOME, it is likely because they are abandoning their nests. - For mice, cockroaches and/or ants, it may take up to 3 weeks, once the device is in constant use, for them to totally disappear.
- Leave the device permanently plugged in to obtain the best results.

The PEST COMPLETE REPELLER HOME incorporates technological innovations and is developed with components manufactured under strict RADARCAN® specifications for the greatest reliability and effectiveness. Our own advanced technology based on the use of different ultrasound frequencies was studied to find a natural method of protection against mosquitos, flies, mice and cockroaches. Ultrasound consists of high-frequency sound waves which are perceived by mosquitos, flies, mice, and cockroaches, but cannot be heard by humans.
The ultrasound waves fan out uni-directionally from the PEST COMPLETE REPELLER HOME like a fluorescent light. Hard substances (walls, ceilings, furniture, glass, etc.) promote better spreading out of the sound waves, as they bounce off these surfaces, whereas soft materials (cardboard, curtains, carpeting, etc.) absorb the sound waves. When installing the PEST COMPLETE REPELLER HOME, take into account that the ultrasound waves do not penetrate walls (brick, plaster, etc.), or wooden room dividers, glass, plasterboard false ceilings or other solid materials. Care and Maintenance
Do not put the device in water or any other liquid Cleaning.
If you need to clean the PEST COMPLETE REPELLER HOME, use only a soft dry cloth, with no abrasive products.
Do not expose the PEST COMPLETE REPELLER HOME to extreme temperatures.
It is recommended not to use it in places with temperatures exceeding 122 °F (50 °C).
No refills.
The PEST COMPLETE REPELLER HOME works without replacement parts, making it more economical to use.
Correct disposal of the PEST COMPLETE REPELLER HOME. Properly dispose of the device by depositing it in the corresponding container for its correct collection and recycling.
RADARCAN® has a commitment to the care and protection of the environment. The PEST COMPLETE REPELLER HOME contains electronic components and it is necessary to dispose of the device separately from the containers where normal domestic waste is disposed of.

- Your RADARCAN® product is guaranteed against defects in materials and manufacture for the period of time established by legislation in the country and/or state of sale of the product (see warranty.radarcan.com), or for five years if it is registered, from the purchase date. If any defect in the product caused by its manufacture or defective materials appears while under the warranty.
- RADARCAN® will only be responsible for the repair or replacement if valid proof of purchase (e.g. paid receipt) is presented which demonstrates that the day of the service claim is within the validity period of the warranty.
- The warranty does not cover those products and/or parts of products that are subjected to wear and tear that can be considered material that naturally deteriorates over time.

FAQs
Can the INSonuerit technology in this PEST COMPLETE REPELLER HOME affect: babies, pregnant women, children, adults or pets?
No. The INSonuerit technology used in the RADARCAN® devices cause no harm to people or pets.
I have heard that ultrasound is ineffective at fighting mosquitos, flies, mice and cockroaches. Is this true?
Please bear in mind that ultrasound is simply a term used to indicate that acoustic emissions of a frequency higher than 20KHz (human hearing limit) are being used. The use of this technology should be backed up by studies, tests and certification that attest to the efficiency of the technology and the chosen ultrasound frequency, as well as the strength and the emission pattern. Our products are, thus, tested and certified in highly-respected laboratories and universities. NOT ALL ANTI-PEST and devices that emit ultrasound waves are EFFECTIVE. Each infestation must be fought against with specific appropriate technology.
Does the device work on all types of mosquitos?
INSonuerit technology has proven to be effective for the common mosquito (Culex pipiens), the tiger mosquito (Aedes albopictus), the dengue (Aedes aegypti) and the malaria (Anopheles gambiae)
Does the device work on all types of flies?

Where should I hang the PEST COMPLETE REPELLER HOME?
- Hang it in the area where you want protection from mosquitos,
flies, mice and/or cockroaches. Do not block the front part of the PEST COMPLETE REPELLER HOME, as the ultrasound is emitte from that part of the device. - To protect yourself from mosquitos while sleeping, set up the PEST COMPLETE REPELLER HOME at a height of 3 to 6 ft. from the floor.

In dwellings with more than one floor, we suggest using one device per floor (or electrical circuit) if ants are present in all parts of the dwelling. The first step, however, is to hit the area where the ants are. By just protecting the affected area, the ant population might be eradicated without invading other areas of the living space.
How long does it need to take effect?
For mice, cockroaches and ants the greatest effect is achieved within 1 – 3 weeks since, while these animals are immediately stuned, they resist leaving, at first. Bear in mind that some species are more resistant than others. The Linepithema humile and Blattella germanica are the \most resistant types and can take longer for the effect to be noticed. Why do I have more cockroaches and/or ants when I first start using PEST COMPLETE REPELLER HOME?
Sometimes ants that are hidden come out on the surface in the first days. This indicates that they are leaving the living space.
The mosquitos don’t go away! Why?
The mosquitos might become inactive due to the effect of the PEST COMPLETE REPELLER HOME and thus, remain inactive without biting.
Is it only necessary to plug it in at night?
It works more efficiently when it runs 24 hours a day. The electrical consumption is quite low – only 7W.
Can I connect more than one PEST COMPLETE REPELLER HOME in the same space?
Yes. The effect of the PEST COMPLETE REPELLER HOME will be strengthened and be able to reach the maximum possible surfaces.
Can I plug in another RADARCAN® product in the same space?
Yes. Our products are totally compatible.
