MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
- Optional second appliance: remove 1 front plate by applying force on the front side of the rack until the upper side comes loose. Now move the plate in both directions in quick succession until the front plate breaks from its carrier.
- Place the HP appliance in the rack.
- Use the 4 supplied bolts to fix the appliance from the bottom of the rack.
- Place the power supply on the extension plate and tie it down with the 2 zip ties, secure the excess length of the power cable with the 3rd zip tie next to the power supply.
- Hook the extension plate onto the rack.
- Connect the ethernet cable to the ethernet port.
- Place your HP-Rack in your 19-inch rack.
Please ensure proper ventilation according to the network appliance manufacturer guidelines.
