 Overview

The SMART SCROLL WIRELESS MOUSE (Product code: QDMS310) connects to up to three devices using a 2.4 GHz USB receiver or Bluetooth, supports adjustable DPI, and includes a smart scroll wheel, power-saving sleep mode, and rechargeable charging via USB-C.

Setup & Use

  1. 2.4 GHz (USB receiver) connection: Insert the stored USB-A receiver into a USB port on your computer, turn the mouse on, and allow the computer to install the driver automatically.
  2. Bluetooth connection (up to two devices): If using Bluetooth pairing, remove the USB receiver from the computer, turn the mouse on, then short press the device switch/Bluetooth button to select Bluetooth 1 (blue) or Bluetooth 2 (green). Press and hold the device switch/Bluetooth button for over 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. Pair with “QDMS310” in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
  3. Switch between devices: Short press the device switch/Bluetooth button to cycle through 2.4 GHz (white), Bluetooth 1 (blue), and Bluetooth 2 (green).
  4. Adjust DPI: Press the DPI button to cycle through 1000 / 1600 / 2400 / 3200.
  5. Scroll: Turn the wheel up or down to move through pages/documents; flick for fast scrolling; tilt left/right for horizontal scrolling.
  6. Charge when needed: Charge using the supplied USB-A to USB-C cable via the USB-C port. Charging indicator is red LED while charging; it turns off when fully charged.

This mouse can connect to up to three devices: one via the pre-paired 2.4 GHz USB receiver and two via Bluetooth.

2.4 GHz (USB receiver) connection

  2. Turn the mouse on.
  3. Your computer will install the driver automatically. When installation is complete, the mouse is ready to use.

Bluetooth connection

(up to two devices)

  1. If the USB receiver is plugged into your computer, remove it before pairing over Bluetooth.
  2. Turn on the mouse.
  3. Short press the device switch/Bluetooth button to select Bluetooth 1 (blue) or Bluetooth 2 (green).
  4. Press and hold the device switch/Bluetooth button for over 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The selected Bluetooth indicator (blue or green) will flash quickly.

  5. On Windows: Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Add device > Bluetooth. Select “QDMS310” and choose Pair.QUDO-Smart-Scroll-Wireless-Mouse-fig-8
  6. On macOS: System Settings (or System Preferences) > Bluetooth. Select “QDMS310” and click Connect.

Switch between devices

Short press the device switch/Bluetooth button to cycle through:

DPI switchingThe initial DPI is 1600. Press the DPI button to cycle through 1000 / 1600 / 2400 / 3200.

Smart scroll wheel

  • Turn the scroll wheel to move up or down through pages and documents.
  • Flick the wheel upwards or downwards for fast scrolling.
  • Tilt the wheel left or right to scroll horizontally (e.g., across large spreadsheets or web pages).

Power saving mode

  • If no buttons are pressed for 8 minutes while connected via the USB receiver, or for 30 minutes while connected via Bluetooth, the mouse enters sleep mode automatically.
  • To wake the mouse, press any button.

Charging

  • Charge via the USB-C port using the supplied USB-A to USB-C cable.
  • Charging time: approximately 2–3 hours.
  • Charging indicator: red LED (below the scroll wheel) on while charging; the light turns off when fully charged.
  • Low battery: the LED on the top cover blinks when the battery is low.
  • Use a standard 5 V USB power source. Do not use chargers with an output higher than 5 V, as this may damage the product.

Product warranty

This product is supplied by Officeworks Ltd in Australia and comes with a voluntary twelve months warranty from the date of purchase. Officeworks Ltd warrants that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve months from the  date of purchase by the original customer. If the product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Officeworks Ltd will, at its option and at its expense, repair or replace the product.

This warranty does not apply to:

  • cosmetic damage
  • damage caused by consumables used in connection with the product such as batteries
  • damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or failure to follow the provided instructions
  • damage arising from fair wear and tear
  • products that have been modified, repaired or tampered with by a person not authorised by Officeworks Ltd

Troubleshooting

  • Bluetooth pairing difficulty: Ensure the USB receiver is removed before pairing over Bluetooth. Then select Bluetooth 1 or Bluetooth 2 (blue/green), enter pairing mode by holding the device switch/Bluetooth button for over 3 seconds, and pair with “QDMS310” on your device.
  • Can’t wake the mouse: If the mouse enters sleep mode (USB receiver: after 8 minutes of no button presses; Bluetooth: after 30 minutes), press any button to wake it.
  • Low battery indicator: When the battery is low, the LED on the top cover blinks. Charge the mouse via the USB-C port.
  • Charging issues: Use a standard 5V USB power source. Do not use chargers with an output higher than 5V, as this may damage the product. Charging should take approximately 2–3 hours, with a red LED on during charging that turns off when fully charged.
