Enkel te gebruiken voor kinderen met een maximaal gewicht van 11 kg en een maximale leeftijd van 12 maand. Plaats de verzorgingstafel niet naast een raam. Gordijnen en hun accessoires kunnen leiden tot verstikking van baby’s. Blijf binnen handbereik. Plaats de luiertafel op een stabiele en veilige ondergrond. Dit product mag alleen door volwassenen worden geïnstalleerd en laat kinderen tijdens de installatie niet naderbij komen. Bij het verplaatsen of aanpassen van de luiertafel mogen baby’s en kinderen niet alleen op de tafel worden gelaten. Bewaar het product in een goed geventileerde ruimte en houd het droog. Vermijd direct zonlicht.
Stel de luiertafel samen volgens de hiernavolgende richtlijnen. Wijzig niets aan de vormgeving en de montage van dit meubel.
Ingebruikname : Controleer alvorens de ingebruikname van de luiertafel of alle onderdelen zich in goede staat bevinden, goed aangespannen zijn en geen scherpe randen vertonen, waardoor het kind zich kan kwetsen of blijven hangen met zijn kledij (of koordjes, halssnoer, en lintje aan de zuigspeen), wat een gevaar voor ophanging betekent. Controleer regelmatig alle verbindingspunten. Inspectie : Controleer de luiertafel regelmatig op onderdelen die gebroken, gescheurd of verdwenen zijn. Bij vaststelling ervan, het luiertafel uit gebruik nemen. Vervanging van onderdelen : gebruik steeds originele onderdelen, te verkrijgen bij de fabrikant of verdeler van de luiertafel. Brandgevaar : Plaats de luiertafel niet bij een warmtebron, zoals bijvoorbeeld elektrische verwarming, gas verwarming enz., om brandgevaar te vermijden.
Gebruik van een luierkussen : Dit meubel werd getest met Quax luierkussens met opstaande randen artikels 54102-EUxxx, Het gebruik van de luiertafel met één van deze luierkussens biedt je de veiligheid omschreven in de Europese norm 12221. Deze luierkussens zijn apart te verkrijgen bij je Quax verdeler. Onderhoud : Reinig de luiertafel enkel met zeep of een ander mild schoonmaakmiddel zonder toxische bestanddelen en met warm water. Laat de luiertafel volledig drogen voordat je ze opvouwt en opbergt. Gebruik geen droogkuis. Gebruik geen bleekmiddels. Gebruik geen machine om te reinigen, plaats niet in de droogtrommel en centrifugeer niet.

Pour les enfants jusqu’à 12 mois et pesant au maximum 11 kg. Ne placez pas la table à langer à côté d’une fenêtre. Les rideaux et leurs accessoires peuvent provoquer l’étouffement des bébés. Restez à portée de main. Placez la table à langer sur une surface stable et sécurisée. Ce produit doit être installé que par des adultes et ne permettez pas aux enfants de s’approcher durant l’installation. Lors du déplacement ou du réglage de la table à langer, les bébés et les enfants ne doivent pas être laissés seuls sur la table. Stockez la table dans un endroit bien aéré et gardez-le au sec. Évitez la lumière directe du soleil.
Assemblez la table à langer suivant les instructions décrites ci-dessous. Ne modifiez jamais le design et le montage de la table à langer.
Mise en service : Avant d’utiliser la table à langer prenez soin que tous les éléments se trouvent en bon état. Tous les éléments de fixation doivent toujours être convenablement serrés et contrôlés régulièrement et n’ont pas d’extrémités aigues qui pourraient blesser l’enfant ou accrocher ses vêtements (cordons, colliers ou rubans pour sucettes), qui pourraient rester coincés, d’où un risque d’étranglement. Vérifiez tous les raccords.
Inspection : Contrôlez régulièrement la table à langer pour détecter les pièces cassées, déchirées ou manquantes. Si c’est le cas, mettez le meuble hors service.
Remplacement de composants : utilisez toujours des pièces détachées originales, à obtenir chez le fabricant ou le distributeur.

Nur für Kinder bis 11 kg und 12 Monate alt. Stellen Sie den Wickeltisch nicht neben ein Fenster. Gardinen und deren Zubehör können bei Babys Erstickungsgefahr hervorrufen. Bleiben Sie in Reichweite. Stellen Sie den Wickeltisch auf eine stabile und sichere Oberfläche. Dieses Produkt sollte nur von Erwachsenen installiert werden und Kinder dürfen sich während der Installation nicht nähern. Beim Verschieben oder Verstellen des Wickeltisches sollten Babys und Kinder nicht alleine auf dem Tisch gelassen werden. Um Schimmelbildung zu vermeiden, falten und lagern Sie das Produkt nicht, wenn es nass wird. Lagern Sie das Produkt an einem gut belüfteten Ort und halten Sie es trocken. Bauen sie der Wickeltisch zusammen gemäss untenstehende Anleitung. Ändern Sie nichts an der Formgestaltung und der Montage dieses Wickeltisch.
Inbetriebnahme : Überprüfen Sie vor Gebrauch des Wickeltisch, ob sich alle Teile in gutem Zustand befinden, gut angedreht sind und keine scharfen Ränder aufweisen, an denen das Kind sich verletzen könnte oder es mit der Kleidung hängen bleiben könnte (oder Kordeln, Halskette und Band des Schnullers), wodurch es ein Erhängungsrisiko gibt. Kontrollieren Sie alle Verbindungsstellen.

Lassen Sie die Wickelkommode vollständig trocknen, bevor Sie sie zusammenklappen und verstauen. Verwenden Sie keine chemische Reinigung. Benutzen Sie keine Bleiche. Nicht maschinell reinigen, nicht im Trockner trocknen und nicht schleudern.

For children with a body weight no more than 11 kg and a maximum age of 12 months. Do not place the changing table next to a window. Curtains and their accessories can cause suffocation for babies. Stay within reach. Place the changing table on a stable and secure surface. This product should only be installed by adults and do not allow children to approach during installation. When moving or adjusting the changing table, babies and children should not be left alone on the table. It is forbidden to press the unfold button when the baby is on the changing table. When the changing table is inactive and folded, it must be laid flat and it is forbidden to place the table against a wall or other objects. In order to prevent mildew, do not fold and store the product if it gets wet. Store the product in a well-ventilated area and keep it dry. Avoid direct sunlight. The lower storage basket can only hold light items and the load should not exceed 3 kg.
Assemble the changing table following the instructions hereunder. Do not change the design and the assembly method of this diaper table
Introduction : before putting into use, check if all parts of the changing table cabinet are in good condition. All assembly fittings shall always be correctly tightened and checked regularly and do not show sharp edges which may injure the child or snag on its clothing (or cords, necklaces, pacifier ribbons), causing a strangulation hazard. Check all connection points.
Inspection : Regularly check the changing table for broken, torn or missing parts. No longer use this furniture whenever such parts are found.
Replacement of parts : allways use original parts, to obtain from the manufacturer or the distributor.
Fire hazard : Be aware of the risk of open fires and other sources of strong heat, such as electric bar fires, gas fires, etc. in the near vicinity of the changing unit.
Use of a changing pad : This changing table was tested with Quax changing pads with raised edges items 54102-EUxxx. Using the cabinet with one of these changing pads offers you the safety described in European standard 12221. These changing pads are available separately from your Quax dealer.
Maintenance : Only clean the changing table with soap or any other mild cleaning agent without toxic components and with warm water. Let the changing table dry completely before folding and storing. Do not use dry cleaning. Do not use bleach. Do not use a machine to clean, do not tumble dry and do not spin.
