Appearance and button function description

Boot Button: Long press for 3 seconds to turn on/off dash cam
Menu: Toggle WIFI, Resolution, Recording…
Up Button:Turn recording on/off
Down Button: Toggle Front Display, Back Display, Split Screen Display
“OK” Button: Turn on/off video recording

Function introduction

1. Use the automatic recording function
Start the car engine, the recorder automatically starts and turns on the recording function, the charging indicator lights up, and the recording indicator flashes. Turn off the car engine, the recorder automatically saves the recorded content and shuts down. The recorded images are saved in segments on the TF card. When the TF card is full, the recorder will overwrite the earlier recorded images. The recording time period can be set in the menu, ranging from 1 minute/3minutes/5minutes
[Note] If any of the three gears of “1/3/5” minutes is selected, the recorder will overwrite the earlier recorded images when the TF card is full

2. Collision sensing function
This unit has a built-in collision sensor (G-sensor). If a vehicle collision occurs, the recorder will lock the video footage at the5time of the accident and save it as a special image. At the same time, a lock icon will be displayed in the upper left corner of the display. The locked image will not be overwritten in a loop.
[Note]The collision sensor (G-sensor) supports sensitivity adjustment. You can change the settings in the settings menu according to actual needs.

3. Date and time setting
In standby mode, short press the [Menu key] to enter the system setting menu, short press the [Up key]/[Down key] to move the cursor to the set date option, and short press the [Confirm key] to enter the time and date setting. Press the up and down keys to adjust the date and time, and press the mode key to switch the year, month, day and time cursors.[Note] In order to effectively record the date and time of evidence collection for driving safety accidents, please set the correct time before using this machine.
(Note: Logger time is automatically synchronized when connected to the phone’s WiFi connection)

4. Playback of recorded files
Press and hold the [Mode M Key] for 2-3 seconds when the camera is powered on to switch to playback mode. Short press the [Up Key]/[Down Key] to find the file you want to play back, and short press the [Confirm Key] to play it. To exit playback mode, short press the [Mode Key]

5: Parking monitoring function
(Note: The parking monitoring function needs to be used with the ACC three-core Hardwire kit, and this power supply is an optional package)

1.After the recorder is connected to the ACC power supply, if you need to turn on the parking monitoring function, you can scroll down in the menu interface to find and select the parking monitoring function: after turning it on, it will display: Off – Low-Medium – High, three options (As shown in the picture)

2.When we need to turn on parking monitoring, we can choose:l ow-medium-high
(Note: The gravity sensing function also needs to be turned on at the same time)

6: Time-lapse recording function
(Note: The time-lapse recording function needs to be used with the ACC three-core Hardwire kit. If you need this function, please purchase it separately. This power supply is an optional package.)

1.The time-lapse recording function has four options: 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours (As shown in the picture)

The default setting is off. When it is turned on, when the car is turned off and the ACC is disconnected, the main interface of the recorder will prompt the “Enter Time-lapse Recording” prompt box and then enter the time-lapse recording state. At this time, the red light in the lower right corner continues to flash, indicating that the time-lapse recording is in progress.When the car is started, the time-lapse recording function will be exited and restored to the normal recording mode.

6: GPS function
This product has a built-in GPS function. After successful GPS positioning, the GPS icon on the video interface will display green, indicating successful positioning.You can also select: Satellite information in the menu, click Confirm to enter, and you will see the longitude and latitude information – as shown in the figure.

Note: GPS positioning requires an open environment, and weak signal areas may cause temporary lack of signal

1. Windows System:Just insert the TF card into the computer.
2. Select the GPS player installation package. Unzip and install on your PC to watch videos with GXPlayer.
   
3. IOS Systerm: Install GXPlayer APP, then you can watch videos directly on your MacBook.
   
   

7: WIFI
Step 1:Download the “Viidure” app on the App Store or Google Play, or scan QR code to download the APP.

Note: Please agree to the APP to apply for system privileges, otherwise you will not be able to use this software. (No user’s private information will be obtained)

Step 2: Open the app when the phone is connected to the machine’s WiFi Power on the machine firstly, after the machine gets ready, turn on the mobile phone WiFi settings, look for the: WiFi Name: Dashcam-******, WiFi Password: 12345678 (As shown in the picture below)

Step 3: Open “Viidure” when connected with tachograph WiFi App lication After opening “Viidure” APP, you can access camera view with one tapping of the” Access Camera”icon in the Below. (As shown in the figure)(As shown in the picture below)

Step 4: Video Playback and Settings

1. Video playback button, play back recorded video with one click
2. Camera Button
3. Video playback button
4. Settings Button, set each parameter of tachograph with one tape,(The machine parameters have been adjusted to the best15state before leaving the factory. ( If there is no special need, users are not recommended to change the parameters by themselves)

Installation guide

1. Turn off the car engine.
2. Insert the TF card into the card slot of the recorder.[Note] Please use a high-speed TF card (Class10 or above), with a capacity of no less than 64GB, and the maximum supported TF card is 256GB
3. Fix the recorder on the car windshield.
4. Insert the car charger into the car cigarette lighter. Depending on the configuration, you can also choose to use a Hardwire kit to draw power from the car. Open the fuse box and correctly connect the B+, ACC, and GND lines(Note: If you need a Hardwire kit , please purchase it separately)
5. Use the charging extension cable to connect the USB port of the recorder to the car charger.[Note] When wiring, the charging extension cable can be laid along the edge of the car windshield.
6. Install the rear camera at the rear of the vehicle, and pay attention to the direction when installing. The wiring can be laid along the roof of the vehicle. After installation, connect the rear plug to the rear camera interface of the recorder. (Note: The rear camera is optional)
7. Adjust the lens position to ensure that the lens is level with the ground.
8. Start the engine and check whether the machine has been installed correctly. When the machine is installed correctly, the system working indicator light is on; when the machine starts to enter the recording state, the video indicator light flashes,indicating that the installation is complete.

Installation Steps:

1. Insert the connecting wire into the gap of the roof of the front windshield.
2. Take out the seal on the glass and the co-pilot cover.
3. Insert the connecting wire into the card slot.
4. Plug the 12V-24V power adapter into the vehicle’s 12V power(Cigarette Lighter) port.

Please Note

1. Please use the original factory standard adapter charger, start and charge it, connect one end of the car charger to the device’s USB port, the other end into the car port, and the device will start once the
   car engine launch.
2. Not personally dismantling the machine, to avoid affecting the warranty.
3. Please connect the rear camera’s Red cable wire with your car reverse lamp power’s Positive pole(+). and then plug the car charger into the cigar lighter to power supply the car dvr.When you get your car in Reverse Gear,the car dvr will automatically switch to the rear camera with parking line.Then the auto reversing function will work. (Note: If you don’t need this function, please ignore the red wire, don’t need to connect anything.)

FAQ for dash cam

(1) Camera won’t turn on?
Solution 1: The dash cam should turn on automatically when the power is turned on. If not, please check the power cord connection first.
Solution 2: If the power cord is well connected but the camera still does not work. Please let the machine keep charging for more than 20 minutes, then long press the power to try to turn on the camera.

(2) Blurry video?
Please make sure you have removed the protective film from your camera lens and make sure the lens and the windshield of your car are clean and free of dirt/grease. If all the above operations are tried but the lens is still blurred, please contact us and we will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.

(3) Dash cam dead?
Please check if the dash cam is working properly. If the camera works properly, it may be a SD card problem, you need to change a new memory card

(4) The earliest video file is missing?
The dash cam has a loop recording function. When the SD card storage is full, it will automatically delete the earliest unlocked video clips. So you have to download and save the contents of the video sd to your cell phone or computer regularly. Note: Locked videos will not be deleted automatically.

(5) Does the video lock up automatically too often?
The sensitivity of the G-sensor may be set too high and is too sensitive to vibration, causing the video to lock up frequently. Please connect your phone and turn the G-sensor sensitivity down or off in the app.

(6) Memory card is inserted into the camera but the camera prompts: “SD error”, “No SD card”, etc.?
1. We recommend using our complimentary 64G SD card.
2.Format SD card. The dash cam will reboot and then check if the problem has been solved.
3.Make sure you are using the supplied SD card that meets the standard. If not, replace the memory card.
If the problem persists, please contact us!

(7) Dash cam adsorption is not firm?
Before trying, please clean the windshield with a wipe, install the electrostatic sticker, and firmly affix the machine with the electrostatic sticker, if it is still not firmly adsorbed, please contact us!
