Product Overview
Connecting and Downloading Software to Computer
Connect document camera to computer via USB cable. Once connected, the LED indicator will illuminate.
Install camera software from www.qomo.com/qcamera. The software supports Windows, Mac OS and Chrome OS.
Camera may be used with other third party software that support USB cameras. Select the camera on the third party software to view the image.
Troubleshooting
4.1 No image
- Cause: Poor connection
- Solution: Check the USB cable is connected and the LED light is on
4.2 Poor focus
Cause:
- Not enough light or too much light
- Object beyond focus
- Dirt on the camera lens
Solution:
- Turn on/off Lamp Light and
- Move camera slightly to refocus.
- Use a cloth to clean the camera lens
4.3 No video after the application starts or after the device is selected
Cause: Document Camera is being used in another program
Solution: Re-connect the USB and choose the device & close another program
4.4 Video is not smooth Cause: Computer configuration might be low Solution: Change the Camera to lower definition.
