I am unable to connect wirelessly to CarPlay, though a wired connection works. When I try to use AirPlay or YouTube, I get a message to deactivate 'use car's Bluetooth channel,' but it reboots and reactivates when I try to turn it off. I also can't find a factory reset option, only a Bluetooth connection reset, and I have 'setup' instead of 'settings.' I've tried deleting old Bluetooth connections with my Audi MMI and selecting AMI AUX, but it hasn't helped. I also can't find a Wi-Fi connection. Can you help me troubleshoot these issues?
