How do I connect the ATCK Earbuds to my device?
I recently purchased the ATCK wireless earbuds and I'm having trouble connecting them to my device. Can you provide step-by-step instructions on how to connect the earbuds to my device?
To connect the ATCK Earbuds to your device, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the earbuds are turned off. If they are on, turn them off by pressing and holding the MFB (Multi-Function Button) for a few seconds until the white light flashes three times and you hear the voice prompt "off."
2. Press and hold the MFB button for about 8 seconds until the white and red lights alternately flash and you hear the voice prompt "pairing." This puts the earbuds into pairing mode.
3. On your device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices. The ATCK Earbuds should appear as "YR-T10" in the list of available devices.
4. Select "YR-T10" to connect to the earbuds. Once connected, you will hear a voice prompt saying "connected" and the white light on the earbuds will stop flashing.
Your ATCK Earbuds should now be successfully connected to your device. If you encounter any issues during the pairing process, please refer to the user manual or contact customer support for further assistance.
