How does the translator function work?

Based on the provided user guide for the hTC NE02 Wireless Earphones 2, there is no mention of a built-in translator function or translation software included with the hardware.

The earphones do support a voice assistant feature, which you can activate by pressing and holding the left earphone for two seconds. If you are using a translation app on your connected smartphone (such as Google Translate or similar), you may be able to use the earphones' microphone and voice assistant shortcut to interact with that app, but the earphones themselves do not have a native translation feature.
