How do I increase or decrease the temperature while the oven is already cooking?

Whilst cooking how do I increase or decrease the temperature without turning off the oven?

Trying to adjust the temperature setting during an active cooking cycle without powering off the unit.

To increase or decrease the temperature while cooking without turning off the oven, simply turn the Thermostat (Temperature) knob located on the right-hand side of the oven control panel.

  • The thermostat knob typically ranges from 50°C to 250°C.
  • When you adjust the knob to a higher temperature, the thermostat light will turn on, indicating the oven is heating up to the new setting.
  • Once the oven reaches the newly selected temperature, the thermostat light will turn off.

Note that the Function knob (also on the right) should remain on your desired cooking mode, and the Timer buttons (+/-) on the left are used for adjusting cooking duration, not the temperature.
