To set up alarm parameters on the PPI ScanLog 96 Data Logger, follow these steps as outlined in the manual:
1. **Select Channel:** Choose the channel (1 or 2) you want to configure the alarm for. This option is available only for the Dual Channel version.
2. **Select Alarm:** Choose the alarm you want to set up (AL1, AL2, AL3, AL4). The available options depend on the number of alarms set per channel on the Alarm configuration page.
3. **Alarm Type (ALx Type):** Define the type of alarm you want to set - None, Process Low, or Process High. The default setting is None.
4. **Alarm Setpoint (ALx Setpoint):** Set the minimum to maximum range of the selected input type for the alarm. The default value is 0.
5. **Alarm Hysteresis (ALx Hysteresis):** Specify the hysteresis value for the alarm, ranging from 1 to 30000. The default setting is 20.
6. **Alarm Inhibit (ALx Inhibit):** Choose whether to inhibit the alarm or not by selecting Yes or No. The default setting is No.
