1. Check Load Removal:
- Remove the load from the output that is missing to see if the operation resumes. This step helps identify if the issue is load-related.

- Ensure that the connection between the filter capacitor and the collector of the series pass transistor corresponding to the missing output is not interrupted or damaged.
