To install the , follow these steps:
1. Prepare the door: Ensure that the latch angle faces the door jamb.
2. Install the strike: Attach the strike on the door frame, making sure that the latch will align with the strike.
3. Install the exterior keypad assembly: Position the triangle on the keypad assembly facing upwards. Route the cable above the bolt and through the designated hole.
4. Install the interior mounting plate: Attach the interior mounting plate to the inside of the door.
5. Install the interior assembly: If your door thickness is over 1.65" (42mm), install the spring. Plug in the spindle and attach the connectors as indicated. Secure the interior assembly.
6. Install batteries and cover: Insert the AA batteries into the lock and attach the cover.
7. Install the interior/exterior lever: Attach the handles to both the interior and exterior sides of the door.
