I just purchased the Coioc Wireless Earbuds and I'm having trouble pairing them with my device. Additionally, I'm experiencing issues like one earbud not charging or not connecting, and one earbud playing sound while the other doesn't. How can I resolve these problems?
To pair the Coioc Wireless Earbuds, follow these steps:
1. Delete the Bluetooth pairing information for the earbuds on your phone.
2. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid to charge them.
3. After 20 seconds, take out the earbuds and try pairing them again.
