Product Information

The TORQ-ENCAPSULATED (03) is a linear fixture designed for tunable applications. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor locations, as it is encapsulated with polyurethane for added durability (IK10 rated). The fixture features high-quality LED strips that are encapsulated in a rigid extrusion, providing a robust fixture for various environments. It delivers superior uniform light output and luminosity.

Using DALI, DMX, or non QTran power supplies may double the watts/ft. Please refer to the last page of the manual for compatible power supplies.

The fixture is available in different lengths and finishes. The wire input/output, connector type, lens, and mounting options can also be customized to suit your specific needs.

Product Usage Instructions

Select the appropriate TORQ-ENCAPSULATED (03) product based on your desired watts/ft and CCT.

If using special power supplies like DALI or DMX, refer to the last page of the manual for compatible options.
Determine the wire input/output configuration based on your installation requirements. Consider bottom or side feed for continuous mounting.

Select the desired connector type and wire length for both wire input and output. The standard length is 24 inches, but custom lengths can be requested.
Choose the lens type based on your preference for LED visibility and beam angles. Refer to the Diode Visibility and Photometric Performance sections for more information.

Select the appropriate wire color and type (Class 2 or Plenum Rated) for your installation.
Choose the desired input and output end caps. The standard option matches the fixture finish, while the CL option is suitable for continuous runs.

Select the preferred mounting option – stainless steel magnet or low profile magnet.
Ensure optimal illumination by specifying either the exact specified length or optimal illumination.

Verify the finish, wire color, wire type, and length in inches to complete your product selection.

Please note that field modifications may void the warranty. The product comes with a 5-year warranty. All data provided in the manual is subject to change with a tolerance of +/- 5%. The TORQ-ENCAPSULATED (03) is compatible for use with Q-Tran power supplies and has an IK10 rating for durability.
