TROUBLESHOOTING If you experience issues with the product under normal operating conditions, here are some solutions to common problems:
Cannot Boot:
· Check if the recorder is properly connected to the car charger.
In manual boot mode, check if the battery is low and needs recharging.
· If needed, restore to factory settings using the RESET key.
Camera Automatically Stops Shooting or Non-Circular Recording:
· Large HD video files may cause the memory card reader to lag.
Use a high-speed memory card (e.g., C10).
· Non-circular recording may also occur if the G-sensor is activated, causing the
memory files to be locked. Disable the G-sensor function and reformat the memory card.
Camera Settings for Recycling Video Not Working as Expected: Check if the mobile detection function is enabled. Motion detection depends on the absence of movement in the scene.
Video and Image Not Clear: Check if the lens has fingerprints. Clean the lens surface before recording to ensure clarity.
Inconsistent Video Quality: Camera effect is greatly influenced by lighting conditions and intensity. Adjust the settings as needed based on the environment.
Fringe Interference in Images: This is caused by “light frequency” errors under fluorescent lighting. Consider adjusting lighting or positioning.
Resetting the Device: Press the RESET button to restore the device to its initial settings.
