Product Usage Instructions:

Section One: Install the Canopy

  1. Loosen and remove the four Phillips screws from the canopy to
    remove the mounting plate.
  2. Ensure the mounting plate is grounded per local electrical
    codes.
  3. Feed the 120VAC power wires through the mounting plate center
    hole.
  4. Secure the mounting plate to the junction box using washers and
    #8-32 screws.

Section Two: Install the Support Standoff

  1. Determine the fixture height (H) from the bottom of the channel
    to the top of the canopy.
  2. Determine the fixture length (L) by measuring the distance
    between coaxial cable and aircraft cable on the channel. Mark
    standoff location on ceiling from center of junction box.
  3. Tap the anchor onto marked location up to threaded portion with
    a hammer.
  4. Screw in the threaded portion of anchors with a Phillips
    screwdriver.

Section Three: Install the Support Canopy (E2 Version)

  1. Remove the four Phillips screws from the canopy to remove the
    mounting plate.
  2. Mark points through mounting plate holes onto ceiling.
  3. Tap anchors onto marked points up to threaded portion with a
    hammer and screw in threaded portion with Phillips
    screwdriver.
  4. Secure mounting plate to ceiling using #8 screws.

Q: Can I dim this product with any type of
dimmer?

A: This product is dimmable with two individual

Section One: Install the Canopy

NOTE: Before beginning any electrical work, ensure that power to the electrical box is turned off.
1: Loosen and remove the four Phillips screws from the canopy to remove the mounting plate.

Section Two: Install the Support Standoff

2: Determine the fixture length (L). Measure the distance between the coaxial cable and aircraft cable on the channel. Mark the standoff location on the ceiling from the center of the junction box.
NOTE: Omit Section Seven if the channel is made out of a single piece.

6: Feed the aircraft cable through the threaded post. Tighten the post completely back onto the canopy.
7: Align the support canopy holes with the mounting plate and secure in place by tightening the four screws.

Section Four: Adjust the Sliding Post

1: If the fixture is provided with additional supports in the middle of the channel then loosen (Do Not Remove) the

5: For each standoff or support canopy, insert the aircraft cable through the top of the tab on the sliding post.
6: Adjust the height of the fixture by pushing the tab and pulling the aircraft cable out of the side of the sliding post. Release the tab to secure the cable in place.

Section Five: Install the Coaxial Connector

8: Split the end of the cable and push each coaxial cable

through the cord grip of the canopy.

9: Use the 18AWG hole of the wire stripper to remove 1-3/8″ of the outer insulation to expose the braided wire.

NOTE: Make sure that these coaxial connectors are placed inside the power supply housing. DO NOT place these inside the junction box.

Section Six: Power the Fixture

1: Connect the white wire of one transformer to the 120VAC neutral wire using a wire nut.
2: Connect the black wire of the same transformer to the 120VAC line wire of the same circuit using a wire nut.
3: Repeat steps 1 and 2 for connecting the second transformer wires to the other circuit line voltage wires.

4: Place all line voltage wires and wire nut connections inside the junction box.

5: Align the canopy holes and secure the canopy in place by tightening the four screws.
6: For fine adjusting the fixture height, push the cord grip to slide the fixture up and down until the desired height is achieved. Release the cord grip to lock the cables in place.

4: Refer to Section Two or Three to install the supports on the ceiling and adjust the fixture height.

6: Loosen the four #2-56 set screws on the top joiner using a 0.035″ Allen wrench and slide it inside the channel.

7: Align the female connector of the bottom LED strip on the channel with the bottom section of the other channel.

8: Slide the channel over the joiners. Ensure the connectors

of the LED strips mate properly.

9: Lift a section of the top lens at the end of the channel. If the set screws are not visible, slightly pull back the top LED strip to expose the set screw holes.
10: Secure the channel by tightening the two #4-40 set screws using a 0.05″ Allen wrench.
11: Connect the male & female connectors of the top LED strips. Firmly press down the adhesive portion of the LED strip onto the channel, making sure there are no air bubbles that can cause surface irregularities.

12: Press the lens back onto the channel.
13: Slide the top joiner back to the proper location and tighten the eight #2-56 set screws to lock it in place.
14: Adjust the height of the fixture by pushing the tab and pulling the aircraft cable out of the side of the joiner. Release the tab to secure the cable in place.
15: If necessary, trim excess aircraft cable using sharp cutters.
