Atrix support FAQ

Perguntas frequentes sobre manuais, registro e suporte para esta marca.

  • How often should I change the HEPA filter bag on my Atrix vacuum?

You should change the HEPA filter bag when the vacuum suction is reduced or when the bag change indicator light turns red (on models equipped with one). It is also recommended to replace the bag after sweeping up large quantities of fine material.

  • Why did my Atrix vacuum shut down during use?

Many Atrix vacuums feature a thermal cutoff for safety. If the unit overheats due to a clog or full filter, it will shut down automatically. Turn the switch off, check for blockages, and allow the motor to cool for approximately 20 minutes before restarting.

  • Can I use my Atrix vacuum to pick up liquids?

No, unless specifically designated as a wet/dry vacuum, most Atrix models are designed for dry pickup only. Picking up liquids with a dry vacuum can cause electrical shock and damage the motor.

  • Where is the motor filter located and how do I clean it?

The motor filter is typically located inside the dust bag compartment. It should be cleaned periodically (e.g., rinsed with warm water and air-dried completely) or replaced if damaged or heavily soiled to maintain motor protection.
