The TOPUTURE TP4 treadmill is designed for minimal assembly and is ready to use almost directly out of the box.

3.1 Desembalagem

1. Retire cuidadosamente a esteira da embalagem.

3.2 Posicionamento

• Place the treadmill on a firm, level surface. Avoid placing it on thick carpets, which may obstruct ventilation.
• Ensure there is at least 2 meters (6.5 feet) of clear space behind the treadmill and 0.6 meters (2 feet) on each side for safe operation and emergency dismount.
• The compact design allows it to fit under beds or sofas when folded for storage.

4.2 Modos de treino

• Modo de caminhada: When the handle is folded down, the treadmill operates as a walking pad with a speed range of 0.6 a 5 MPH.
• Modo de corrida: With the handle upright, the treadmill functions as a traditional treadmill with a speed range of 5 a 7.6 MPH.

4.3 Ajuste de inclinação

The treadmill features a 9% manual incline adjustment. To adjust the incline, you will need to manually set the incline level at the rear of the treadmill deck. 5. Manutenção
