Configurar

1. Desembalagem e verificação de componentes

2. Conexões Físicas

3. Power Connection (if not using PoE): If PoE is not available, connect a compatible power adapter (sold separately) to the power port on the back of the phone and then to a power outlet.

3. Desk Stand and Wall Mounting

The phone can be used on a desk with its integrated stand or mounted on a wall. The stand can be adjusted to different angles for optimal viewing. For wall mounting, use the integrated wall mount bracket on the back of the phone.

Instruções de operação

1. Funções básicas de chamada

• Fazer uma chamada: Pegue o fone ou pressione o Viva-voz button. Dial the number using the keypad and press the Discar or Enviar button (if applicable).

2. Teclado e Navegação

The phone features a standard numeric keypad and dedicated function buttons. Use the navigation cluster (up, down, left, right arrows, and OK button) to navigate through menus on the 2.8" color display.

3. Speakerphone, Mute, and Volume

• Viva voz: Pressione o Viva-voz Botão para ativar ou desativar o viva-voz.

• Volume: Use o + e - buttons to adjust the volume of the handset, speakerphone, or ringer.

4. Contacts and Directory

The phone allows you to store and access contacts. Use the Diretório or Contatos soft key on the display to manage your contact list. You can add, edit, or delete entries as needed.

5. Conectividade Bluetooth

The Poly Edge E220 features integrated Bluetooth 5.0 for connecting compatible headsets. To pair a Bluetooth headset:

3. Put your Bluetooth headset into pairing mode.
4. Select your headset from the list of available devices on the phone's display.

6. Multi-line Features

The phone supports up to 16 lines and contacts, accessible via 4-line keys and a pagination key. This allows for efficient handling of multiple calls and contacts simultaneously.

Manutenção

1. Limpeza
