TEMPERATURE  RANGES

• TEMPERATURE RANGE: 32°F TO 482°F / 0°C TO 250°C
• TIMER RANGE: 23 HOURS & 59 MINUTES Monitor the exact temperatures of meat, poultry, or other temperature-sensitive foods without opening the oven door. Alarm signals when the programmed temperature is reached. Program meat thermometer targets temperatures by custom settings or presets for 5 types of proteins and multiple taste levels.
• Feed cord through door being careful not to crimp.

CAUTION:

The thermometer probe will be hot after use, do not touch it without protecting your hands. DO NOT leave the base thermometer unit inside an oven or grill or else damage to its plastic housing and electronic components will occur. When leaving the metal prob inside an oven or grill DO NOT allow the cord to be crimped by the oven door or grill lid. DO NOT stick to surfaces expected to exceed 212°F or 100°C.

NOTE: A plastic strip is used to prevent battery drain during shipping. Pull gently to remove before use. There is also a cling over the digital display, remove it before use

WARNING:

• Do not submerge in water.
• Do not crimp wire with the oven door or grill lid.**
• Do not expose the wire to the cooking surface or flame.
