- Do not open cans of flammable liquids such as lighter fluids.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended purpose.
- Do not use can opener when it is attached to charging cord.
- Do not incinerate this appliance, even if it is severely damaged. The batteries can explode in fire.
- Under extreme conditions, leaks of batteries can occur. If the battery liquid gets on the skin, wash quickly with soap and water or neutralize area with lemon juice, vinegar or other mild acid. If the liquid gets into the eyes, immediately flush them with clean water for a minimum of 10 minutes. Seek medical attention as soon as possible.
- Do not charge can opener with unapproved sources. Only connect to a Listed/Certified Information Technology (Computer) Equipment, Listed/Certified ITE Power Supply or Listed Class 2 Power Unit.

How to Charge
The appliance is not fully charged when packed in the carton.
We recommend fully charging the Can Opener before first use. Insert Charging Cord into Charging Port. Plug USB plug end into a USB plug adapter and then plug into a power outlet; OR plug the USB plug end into your computer or car. The Indicator Light will flash green while it is charging and will turn solid green when fully charged. Charge time may take up to 2 hours.

How to Use
- Unplug Charging Cord from Can Opener. Can Opener will not operate while it is charging.
- Place Can Opener on top of can, making sure edge of can is between Cut Wheel and Drive Wheel.
- Push the (
) Power ON/ OFF Button to start Can Opener. Indicator Light will be solid green while Can Opener rotates around can by itself.
- When finished, Can Opener will stop automatically. Indicator Light will flash green, then shut off as Cut Wheel and Drive Wheel release from can.
NOTE: Stop Can Opener operation at any time by pressing ( ) Power ON/OFF Button. - Remove Can Opener from can and lift off can lid.
- If necessary, hook Lid Lifter on edge of can lid and pry can lid open.
Care and Cleaning
When finished using Can Opener, wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly. DO NOT put in dishwasher.
Troubleshooting
Why is my Can Opener shutting off early?
- Please make sure the edge of the can is between the Cut Wheel and Drive Wheel.
- Your Can Opener may need charging. Charge your Can Opener for at least 2 minutes to open 1 can.
Why is my Can Opener not charging?
- Ensure your Can Opener is plugged into a working outlet.
- The Can Opener charges best with an amperage rating of at least 1.0A. If a charging block of less than 1.0A is used, the charging will take longer.
Why does my Can Opener keep coming off the can?
- Please make sure the edge of the can is between the Cut Wheel and Drive Wheel.
- Make sure the Can Opener is fully centered on the top of the can. If the can is not lined up correctly, it could come off the can while operating.
Battery Removal and Disposal

The RBRC® is a nonprofit organization whose recycling programs adhere to all federal, state and provincial mandates concerning the proper collection, storage, and transportation of lithium-ion batteries. The RBRC® Seal on the lithium-ion battery indicates that the cost to recycle the battery pack has already been paid. Call 1-800-8-BATTERY to find the nearest retail collection site. You may also contact your local recycling center for information on where to drop off the used battery pack. For more information on RBRC®, check out their website at call2recyle.org.
To remove battery from Cordless Can Opener
- With flat head screwdriver, remove top silver cover.
- With flat head screwdriver, separate the two main housing pieces.
- Lift battery and cut wires, one at a time, using scissors.
Limited Warranty
This warranty applies to products purchased and used in the U.S. and Canada. This is the only express warranty for this product and is in lieu of any other warranty or condition.
This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase. During this period, your exclusive remedy is replacement of this product or any component found to be defective, at our option; however, you are responsible for all costs associated with our returning a product or component under this warranty to you. If the product or component is unavailable, we will replace with a similar one of equal or greater value.
This warranty does not cover glass, filters, wear from normal use, use not in conformity with the printed directions, or damage to the product resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse.
