Instructions
- Step 1: Download the App
Download and open the “PowerPlus Energy App” on you App Store of choice
- Step 2: Create an Installer Account
- Open the app and go to the login screen
- If you are an existing installer, log in
- For new installers, click ‘Create Installer Account’
- Fill in all fields
- Click ‘Next’ once all details are entered
- Enter your electrical license number and drag to verify
- Click ‘Submit’
- A confirmation screen will appear, note your login credentials will be sent to your email
- Open your email and click the link provided to set up your password
- After creating your password, return to the app
- Enter your login details and click ‘Login’
- Go to Settings in the app
- Select ‘Create User Account and Plant’
- Enter the end user’s email address
- Click ‘Send Code’
- The end user will receive a verification code by email
- Enter the verification code
- Type in the NMI (National Meter Identifier)
- Add an Account Name
- The new User Account and Plant will now be created.
- Once created, you can proceed to adding a device and commissioning

How can I reset my device?
To reset the device, locate the reset button on the product and hold it down for 10 seconds until you see the indicator lights flashing.
