3. Montaż

The VEVOR Lawn Sweeper comes with pre-installed components to simplify assembly. Refer to the detailed steps below and the provided assembly videos for guidance.

3.1 Unpacking and Accessory Sorting

Upon receiving the product, carefully unpack all components. Each part is numbered for easy identification. Verify all accessories are present against the packing list. If any anomalies are found, contact customer support.

3.2 Mounting the Drag Arms

1. Attach the Left Drag Arm (1) to the Brush Trolley (6) using M8x40 bolts and M8 Flange nuts. Ensure a secure fit.
2. Repeat the process for the Right Drag Arm (2).

3.3 Attaching the Traction Device

1. Insert the ends of the Left Drag Arm (1) and Right Drag Arm (2) into the pocket of the Traction Device (3).
2. Align the holes and fasten them together using two M8x65 bolts and M8 Flange nuts.

3.4 Assembling the Adjustment Handle

1. Attach one end of the Adjustment Handle (4) to the height adjustment tube on the Brush Trolley (6) using two M8x40 bolts and M8 Flange nuts.
2. Fix the other end of the Adjustment Handle using an M8x16 bolt and M8 locknut.

3.5 Assembling the Wiper Tubes

1. Slide the end of the Wiper Tube (7) into the end of the Left Drag Arm (1).
2. Secure using an 8x40 Pin Axle and an R-shape Pin. Repeat for the Right Drag Arm (2).

3.6 Collection Bag Assembly

1. Position the first Bag Rear Frame (11) by sliding it through the loops sewn at the top of the rear seam inside the bag. Ensure the brace holes are in the middle and facing up.
2. Turn the second Bag Rear Frame (11) so the brace holes are in the middle and facing down.
3. Insert the Upper Sachet Frame (8) through the stitched flaps on the side of the bag.
4. Assemble the end of the Upper Sachet Frame (8) into the ends of the Bag Rear Frame (11). Fasten together using a 6x30 Pin Axle and an R-shape Pin. Repeat on the other end.
5. Place the assembled lower frame into the bottom of the bag.
6. Insert the Bag Frame (10) into the stitched sleeve along the front edge of the bag bottom.
7. Attach the Bag Frame (10) to the Lower Sachet Frame (9) using a 6x30 Pin Axle and an R-shape Pin. Repeat on the other end.
8. Lift the bag on its back to insert the two Support Rods (12). Place the ends of each rod into the upper and lower Bag Rear Frames (11), bending the rod just enough to fit into the holes in the tubes. IMPORTANT: Do not over bend the support rods during the above step. Over bending will cause the steel rods to lose supporting tension.
9. Press the button in the bag to the corresponding position on the bottom panel to secure it.
10. Use the bandage buckle on the Collection Bag (14) to bypass the middle of the Bag Rear Frames (11), tighten and fix Collection Bag (14) to the Rear Frames (11).
11. Tie the rope to the top center of the Collection Bag (14).

3.7 Attaching Collection Bag Assembly to Brush Trolley Assembly

Attach the ends of the Wiper Tube (7) onto the ends of the Upper Sachet Frame (8) and secure with a 10 x 70 Pin Axle, an R-shape Pin, and two plastic rings. Tighten all hardware before using the sweeper.

4.1 Adjusting Sweeping Height

The lawn sweeper features an adjustable rotating brush height. Use the lever on the side of the brush trolley to easily raise or lower the brushes. Adjust the height to ensure optimal contact with the ground for effective debris collection without damaging your lawn.

4.2 Hitching to a Towing Vehicle

Attach the universal fit hitch of the lawn sweeper to the drawbar of your lawn tractor or ATV. Ensure the hitch pin is securely inserted and fastened with the R-shape pin to prevent accidental detachment during operation.

Once assembled and hitched, the VEVOR Lawn Sweeper is ready for operation. Follow these guidelines for effective debris collection.

5.1 Sweeping

• Start your towing vehicle and slowly drive across the area you wish to clear.
• The rotating brushes will pick up leaves, grass clippings, and other small debris, depositing them into the collection bag.
• For best results, operate at a consistent, moderate speed. Avoid excessively high speeds, which can cause debris to scatter.
• Overlap your passes slightly to ensure complete coverage of the area.

5.2 Dumping the Collection Bag

When the collection bag is full, use the dumping rope to easily empty its contents without dismounting from your towing vehicle.

• Drive to your desired dumping location.
• Pull the dumping rope from your seat. This will tilt the collection bag forward, releasing the collected debris.
• Release the rope to return the bag to its operating position.
