- A. Unplug your cable /DSL modem power supply, if the modem contains backup power pool, please remove the battery.
- B Use an ethernet cable to connect your modem with a wireless router.
- C Turn on your cable /DSL modem.
- D Check your cable /DSL modem Indicator light, confirm connection to network.
- Connect to your wireless router
- A. Wired connection: Connect your wireless router to the power supply and turn it on, plug the two ends of the network cable into the computer’s network port and the wireless router’s LAN port.
- B.Wireless connection: Connect your wireless router to the power supply and turn it on, and use a laptop or mobile phone to connect to the network name (SSID) indicated on the label on the bottom of the router.
Configure your wireless router
- Open the browser on your computer or phone and type http://192.168.7.1 or http://wifi6.pix-link.net enter the settings screen of the router.

Note: If you are using PPPOE to connect to the Internet, you will need to contact your ISP(SP) get the account and password to set up your wireless router correctly.
