Getting Started

Downloading the App

Method 1: Search for the “Phomemo” app on App Store@ or Google PlayTM for download and installation.

You can scan the code using your cell phone’s camera, the built-in QR code scanning feature of your browser, or a dedicated QR code scanning app.

As the Safari browser on Apple devices does not support direct QR code scanning, please use your device’s built-in QR code scanner instead.

User Guide

If you purchase a kit, please place the paper roll in the paper bin before starting to print, check the manual for details 3. Replacing the Paper Roll

  1. To turn on the printer, long press the Power Button for three seconds until the Indicator Light is on.
  2. Open the “Phomemo” app.Phomemo-M02PRE-Mini-Printer- (5)
  3. Grant permissions
  4. Wait for the printer to be searched.Phomemo-M02PRE-Mini-Printer- (6)
  5. Tap [Connect Now].
  6. Connection successful, click on [Print Image].Phomemo-M02PRE-Mini-Printer- (7)
  7. Select the image to be printed.

  9. Tap [Print].

  11. Tear off the label along the Paper Exit.

  13. Stick the label onto a dry, flat surface.Phomemo-M02PRE-Mini-Printer-01

Replacing the Paper Roll

  1. Take out a brand new paper roll.Phomemo-M02PRE-Mini-Printer- (12)
  2. Push the Cover Open Button towards the arrow to take out the Paper Roll Spindle.Phomemo-M02PRE-Mini-Printer- (13)
  3. Pull movable damper to remove the paper roll to be replacedPhomemo-M02PRE-Mini-Printer- (14)
  4. Insert one section of the spindle into the paper roll to be installed. Phomemo-M02PRE-Mini-Printer- (15)
  5. Reinstall the Movable Damper and push it to the edge of the paper roll. Phomemo-M02PRE-Mini-Printer- (16)
  6. Remove the Anti-loosening Sticker from the paper roll. Phomemo-M02PRE-Mini-Printer- (17)
  7. Place the paper roll in the Paper Compartment. Phomemo-M02PRE-Mini-Printer- (18)
  8. Pull the Paper Roll out until it extends beyond the Paper Output Slot, and then close the Flip Cover. Phomemo-M02PRE-Mini-Printer- (19)
