Getting Started

Downloading the App

Method 1: Search for the “Print Master” app on App Store’ or Google Play for download and installation.Phomemo-D30-Label-Maker-IMAGE-4-NEW

Method 2: Scan the QR code to download the app. You can scan the code using your cell phone’s camera, the built-in QR code scanning feature of your browser, or a dedicated QR code scanning app
As the Safari browser on Apple devices does not support direct QR code scanning, please use your device’s built-in QR code scanner instead.

User Guide

  1. Remove the protective film.
  2. To turn on the printer, long press the Power Button for 3 seconds until the Indicator Light turns green.
  3. Open the app and follow the instructions to print a la bel.
  4. After printing, tear off the label along the Paper Exit.
  5. Remove the liner.
  6. Attach the label to a dry, flat surface.

Replacing the Paper Roll

  1. To turn on the printer, long press the Power Button for 3 seconds until the Indicator Light turns green.
  2. Open the Top Cover
  3. Remove the paper roll to be replaced.
  4. Take out the unused paper roll.
  5. Remove the Protective Tab from the new paper roll.Phomemo-D30-Label-Maker-IMAGE-7
  6. As shown in the picture, place the pa per roll into the Paper Compartment, ensuring the highlighted label faces left.
  7. Pull the label out of the Paper Exit.
  8. Close the Top Cover.
  9. Click the power button. If a complete blank label is printed, the positioning is successful.Phomemo-D30-Label-Maker-IMAGE-8
  10. Open “Printer Master” App and connect the printer.
  11. Click [New Label] in the Home.
  12. Enter the editing page.

Charging Instructions

  1. Please prepare your own power adapter (DC 5V/2A) with a Type-A port.
  2.  Insert the Type-C end (flat end) of the USB cable into D30’s Type-C Port; insert the Type-A end (wide end) of the USB cable into the Type-A port of the power adapter.
  3. Upon connecting the printer to an outlet using the power adapter, please check the status of the Indicator Light. A slow flashing green light when the printer is off or a fast flashing green light when the printer is on indicates that the printer is successfully charging.
  4. When the battery is depleted, charge for 20 minutes for quick usage. For a full charge, please charge for 2-3 hours or until the Indicator Light turns solid green.
  5. As the printer may heat up during charging, avoid placing it on materials such as cotton or linen. Once the battery is fully charged, please unplug the charger promptly.
  • Do not charge near flammable materials. Charge in a cool, well-ventilated environment and avoid high temperatures or enclosed spaces.
  • Avoid using the printer while charging, as this may lead to reduced charging speed, compromised print quality, and shortened battery life.
