SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
To preventinjury or damage, please read and follow these safety precautions:
- Read and understand the user manual before using the product and keep it safe for future reference.
- Only use the original accessories provided by the manufacturer.
- Remove the protection film on the LCD display and lenses before using the product.
- DO NOT try todisassemble, alter or repair the product yourself. Please ask for the help from the manufacturer or similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard. After repairing, please do a safety check to ensure that the productis working properly.
- This product must not be placed ina location that may affect the deployment of air bags, and must not obstruct the driver’s view.
- If there is a malfunction or abnormality, such as smoke or strange odor, please stop using the product immediately, then cut off the power supply and contactus.
- NEVER install the unit in the place where is exposed to the direct sunlight or extremely high temperature. The operating temperature of this product ranges from -10°C(14°F) to 60°C(140°F).
- Drive safe! NEVER operate the App and the product when you are driving to avoid a traffic accident caused by distraction. Be sure to park the car in a safe place before operating.
- This product must be securely mounted before driving.

KNOW YOUR DASH CAM
Tip:
If the camera freezes or becomes unresponsive, please insert a pin into the reset hole to reboot the dash camera.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Important:
Please turn off your vehicle’s engine before installing the dash camera.
Step 1:
To start, insert a memory card into the dash cam. This dash cam can take acard with a capacity of up to 256GB.
Tips:
- Turn on the camera, then press OK to format the memory card, or use two other options for formatting. Option 1: Install the memory card into a card reader, then connect it to the computer to format it to FAT32. Option 2: After connecting your mobile device to the camera, install the memory card into the dash cam and goto the Main Menu > Sys Setting > Format to format the card.
- To ensure smooth video recording, use a reputable Class 10 or higher speed memory card.
- To avoid damaging the card, please do not remove or install the card while the camera is powered on.
- Memory cards have a limited lifespan. After numerous dataoverwrites, they may become inoperable. When this occurs, kindly replace your memory card.
- For consistent performance, it’s advisable to regularly format the memory card. We suggest doing this once amonth.
step2:
Turn off your vehicle’s engine and locate a suitable spot on the front windshield to attach the camera. Use the provided cleaning cloth to clean the area and then affix the larger static sticker to it.
Step3:
Remove the 3M adhesive pad from the camera’s base and securely attach it to the static sticker. When attaching it, ensure the front camera’s lens s positioned outside the sticker’s area for a clear view.
Step 4:
Connect the Type-C connector of the car charger to the Type-C port onthe camera’s base, then plug the other end of the car charger into the cigarette lighter receptacle in your vehicle.
Tips:
- After installation, start your vehicle’s engine to checkif the dash cam can power on and record automatically. If it can, stop the engine and proceedtolnstall the rear camera.
- You can adjust the angle of the base to adjust the lens view.
- To prevent your dash cam from being stolen while parked, you caneasily remove it from the base. To remove it from the base, firstdisconnect the Type-C cable and rear camera’s cable, then firmly press and hold the base while slowly sliding the dash cam upward with force.
Step5:
Insert the AV connector of the rear camera into the AV port on the base of the dash camera. Then, route the rear camera’s cable through the vehicle to the rear section.
Tip:
Tokeep your vehicle tidy, we recommend using the Adhesive Cable Clips provided tofixthe cables of the car charger or rear camera over the edge of your vehicle.
Step6:
Selectan appropriate location on the upper part of your vehicle’s rear windshield, clean it thoroughly, and affix the smaller static sticker on to it.
Next, remove the adhesive pad from the rear camera and securely attach it to the static sticker. The camera lens can be adjusted by rotating ittoalterthe viewing angle.
Attach the rear camera inside the back windshield as shown to avoid upside down view (Ifthe image s flipped or mirrored, you can also adjustitin the settings)
The selected spot should avoid the shadows from the car’s spoiler, so the camera can capture natural lighting and display a more genuine image.
Step7:
Start your vehicle’s engine to verify that the rear camera s installed correctly and working well.
Step8:
Clean front/rear windshields and remove protective materials from LCD, cameras lenses for clear view.
USEYOURDASHCAMERA
- Power On/off
Option 1:
The dash camera will automatically power on when you start the engine and will turn off when you stop the engine.
Option 2:
When the dash camera is off, simply press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn it on. When the dash camera is already on, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it off. - Screensaver
The dash camera can be set to enter the screensaver mode after a certain period of inactivity. To do this, please go to Sys Setting > Screensaver. To operate the camera again, just press any button. - Recording Interface
After powering on and card formatting, the camera will automatically start recording videos. The video length of each video is 1 minute by default and the oldest videos will be overwritten by the latest video in a loop when there is no remaining capacity of the card.

Tips:
- Press the corresponding bottom buttons to realize the corresponding functions.
- When the camerais triggered to lock a file, the flashing dot will turn yellow.
Check and Delete Videos and Photos
Press toaccessthe main menu, then press
to select File Explorer, and finally, press OK to view all the recorded videos and photos.
*Video_Front includes all the standard videos recorded by the front camera.
“Video_Front_Lock includes all the locked videos recorded by the front camerawhen there s a collision in driving or parking, as well as the videos manually locked by pressing on the recording interface.
“Image_Front includes the photos captured by the front camera.
*Video_Back contains the standard videos recorded by the rear camera.
*Video_Back_Lock contains allthe locked videos recorded by the rear camerawhen there s a collision in driving or parking, as well as the videos manually locked by pressing on the recording interface.
*Image_Back contains the photos captured by the rear camera.
“Shortly press to select afile, then press 0K to playback it.
*Long press to bring up the window to lock or unlock the selected file; long press
to bring up the window o delete the selected file.
How to transfer the files?
Option 1:
Totransfer fles, first remove the memory card from the dash camera. Then, connect the memory card to a computer sing a card reader (not included).
Option 2:
Tap on Camera File on the homepage of the Pelsee Cam App. From here, you can view all the videos and photos, and choose a file to delete or download.
SMART DRIVING ASSISTANCE
Important:
- The smart driving assistance function in the dash camera is only for assistance, not a substitute for your driving judgment.
- For accurate monitoring, we recommend that you install the GPS receiver.
- Please do not set the smart driving function when you are driving. Obey the traffic rules and pull over your vehicle before setting
- To manually adjust the smart driving settings, please first disable the AUTO CAL option.
- For safety reasons, you can only activate either the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) or the BSD (Blind Spot Detection) function atatime. Enabling ADAS for the front camera will automatically deactivate BSD for the rear camera. Please choose one based on your driving habits and preferences.
Press to access the main menu, then press
to select Smart Driving, and finally, press OK to configure smart driving settings.
- AUTO CAL
The automatic calibration feature adjusts itself based on algorithms, eliminating the need for manual settings and providing a more convenient driving assistance experience.
This function is enabled by default. In this mode, manual adjustments o the option of CALIBRATE for ADAS are not possible. - ADAS (Advanced Driver-assistance System)
ADAS can help perceive the world in the front of the vehicle, and then provide information tothe driver,
Tip:
Once the ADAS function is activated, the yellow guideline may not appear or could intermittently disappear if the road markings are unclear. This is normal, and the guideline will reappear once the road markings become clear.
- CALIBRATE:
Please disable the option of AUTO CAL, then set the ADAS for monitoring.
Select CALIBRATE, then press OK to enter the detailed setting page:
Press OK totoggle :and
(eachicon represents a different line) .
Presst0 move the location of the lines,
Presstoeexit and save the setting.
- on/off:
Enable or disable the ADAS function - SETTING:
Set detailed parameters for the ADAS function. Please set and adjust the sensitivity level according to your needs since higher sensitivity may cause more frequent warnings.
Forward Collision Warning: High, Medium, Low, Off. If the vehicle gets too close 1o the vehicle ahead, the system will warn the driver of an impending crash. High, Medium and Low are different sensitivity levels. Off means turning off this function.
Lane Changing Alarm: High, Medium, Low, Off. When you are going to drive across the double solid white lines during lanes change, the system will warn the driver. High, Medium and Low are different sensitivity levels. Off means turning off this function.
Pedestrian Collision Alarm: High, Medium, Low, Off. If the distance between your vehicle and the pedestrians is too short, the system will warn the driver of a potential collsion. High, Medium and Low are different sensitivity levels. Off means tuming off this function. Forward Vehicle Start Alarm: High, Medium, Low, Off. The system will warn you when the driver of the vehicle ahead begins to drive. High, Medium and Low are different sensitivity levels. Off means turning of this function.
Too Close Distance Alarm: High, Medium, Low, Off. When your vehicle gets too close to the other vehicle, the system will warn the driver.
High, Medium and Low are different sensitivity levels. Off means tuning off this function.
Alarm Tone: On and Off. Turn on or turn off the audio alarm when an approaching object is detected
Display Alarm Area & Color Frame: On and Off. Display or hide the alaim areas or color frames on the screen
3. BSD (Blind Spot Detection) and LCA(Lane Change Assistance)
- With the BSD function, the system will warn the driver of an object in the default blind spot area at the rear of the vehicle. This area cannot be adjusted.
- With the LCA function, the system will warn the driver of an approaching vehicle in adjacent lanes and help drivers safely make lane changes.
- CALIBRATE:
Please disable the option of AUTO CAL, then set the LCA areas for monitoring.
Select CALIBRATE, then press OK to enter the detailed setting page.
Press OK 1o move the location of the red dot on eight comners; long press OK totoggle
Pressadjust the boxes’ sizes.
Pressto exit and save the setting.
- on/off:
Enable or disable the BSD&LCA function. - SETTING:
Set detailed parameters for the BSD&LCA function.
‘Alarm Sensitivity: Low, Medium, and High. Ifyou select High, the system will warn you of an approaching object in the LCA areas regardless of the relative velocity. If you select Medium, the system will wam you of an approaching objectin the alarm areas when the relative velocity between your car and the approaching object equals to or is greater than Okm/h. If you select Low, the system will wam you when the relative velocity between your car and the approaching object equals to or is greater than10km/h.
Speed Threshold: Okm/h, 30km/h, 50km/h, 80kmvh and 100kmv/h. Please choose your preferred option for the LCA areas based on your driving speed.
“The lower the speed threshold, the more frequent the alerts.
Alarm Tone: On and Off. Turn on or tum off the audio alarm when an approaching object s detected.
Display Alarm Area & Color Frame: On and Off. Display or hide the BSD& LCA areas on the screen.
CONNECT THEDASH CAMWITH THE APP
Step 1:
Download and install the Pelsee Cam App on your mobile device by scanning the QR code below or searching for it on Google Play™/App Store™ Alternatively, you can go to Sys Setting > WiFi Information to scan the QR code to download and install the App.

Step 2:
Ensure that the dash camera is turned on and mobile device is within 5 meters of the camera.
Step 3:
Navigate to Sys Setting > WiFi Information and press OK to enable the WiFi of your dash camera
Step 4:
Open the Pelsee Cam App and grant the necessary permissions. Tap on Add Camera o check the wizard and start connecting.
Steps:
Tapon Connect WiFiand go to Settings > WLAN of your mobile device tosearch for the P3 ******** WiFi. Enter the password 12345678 to complete the connection process.
Step6:
Return to the App and wait for the connection. Tap on Access Camera toenter the homepage.

* Camera File
To view and manage your camera files, tap on the icon on the homepage. From here, you can see all your videos and photos, and selecta file to delete or download.
- Loop: Standard videos from the front and rear cameras
Snapshot: Captured photos from the frontand rear cameras
Locked: Locked videos from the front and rear cameras
F: Videos or photos from the front camera
R: Videos or Photos from the rear camera - Tap Selecton the upper right corner to select the file(s) to download it/them into your mobile device or delete the file(s).
After downloading the file(s), you can edit or directly share it(them) to social media.
Important Tip:
When connected to the WiFi, the camera cannot be operated.
SETTINGS
Press to access the main menu, then press
to select Sys Setting, and finally, press OK to view o modiy the settings.
- video Resolution
Change the resolution of the front camera. Options include 1080P, 2.5K and 4K.
Tips:
- If smart driving function is enabled, 4K resolution will be deactivated.
- If smart driving function is disabled, 4K resolution will be reactivated.
- If 4K resolution is chosen, smart driving function will be deactivated.
- If 4K resolution is deselected, smart driving function will be reactivated.
2. Loop Recording
Change the recording time for each video. You can choose from 1 Min, 2Mins, and 3 Mins.
3. Frequency
Change the screen fresh rate between 50Hz and 60 Hz.
4. collision Detection Sensitivity
Setthe sensitivity of the G-sensor for collision detection while driving. Choose from Low, Medium, High, or Off as needed. If set to High, the camera will automatically lock the current video during a minor collision. If setto Low, the camera will automatically lock the current video during asevere collision. Aflashing yellow dot in the upper left comer indicates alocked video.
5. Parking Monitor (appears with a hardwire kit connected)
Enabling any sensitiviy level activates the parking monitor function. Higher sensitivity increases the likelihood of triggering recordings while the caris parked. Selecting Off disables this function. In this mode, the camera will power on and begin recording a 16s locked video, after which it powers offto preserve your car’s battery.
6. Time-lapse Recording (appears with a hardwire kit connected)
Selecting any frame rate activates the time-lapse recording function. If youchoose 1 FPS, the camera will capture time-lapse videos at 1 frame per second during parking, and the same applies for 2 FPS and 5 FPS, Selecting Off disables this function.
Note:
An extra Hardwire Kit (notincluded) is needed for using the parking monitor andtime-lapse recording functions.
7. Time-lapse Recording Duration (appears with a hardwire kit connected)
Setthe recording duration for time-lapse videos. Options include 12 Hours, 24 Hours, 48 Hours, and 72 Hours.
Note:
An extra Hardwire Kit (notincluded) is needed for using this function.
8. Sound Recording
Turn on/off the sound recording during video recording
9. Time Stamp
Hide or show the date and time on the recorded video and captured photo.
10. Rear Camera’s Preview
Setthe preview orientation of the rear camera No Change: Do not change the current view.
Flip upside down: Flip the rear camera view between upward and downward
Mirror: Miror the rear camera view between leftward and rightward, Flip and Mirror: Flip the rear camera view between upward and downward, and mirror the rear camera view between leftward and rightward.
11. Volume Setting
Turn up or down the volume of the dash camera.
12. Pressing Sound
Enable or disable the sound feedback when pressing buttons,

Set the time to enter screensaver mode after a certain period of inactivity.
Options include Off, 1 Min and 3 Mins.
14. speed unit
Switch between different speed units displayed on the screen.
15. Time Zone
Select your time zone,
16.Language
Selectthe language for the dash camera,
17. GPS Speed Accuracy Adjustment
If the GPS speed indicated on the display is not highly precise, you have the option to manually fine-tune it here.
18. Voice Control
Activate/deactivate voice control function. Selecting the sensitivity to Low, Medium, or High willenable voice control. Setting it to Off will disable voice control. You can also review the available voice commands here.
19. Show Date/Time/GPS Speed
show/hide the date, time and GPS speed on the recording interface as preferred.
20. WiFi Information
Turn on and tur off the WIFi; get the QR code for downloading the App; check the WiFi name and password of the dash camera.
21. satellite Information
View detailed GPS information once the dash camera has acquired sufficient satellites.

Configure the date and time, date format, and clock format of the dash camera

Format your memory card
24. Version Information
Checkthe software version of the camera(may be required when the technical support s needed) and contactinformation.
25. Factory Reset
Restore the dash camera toits factory settings.
VOICECONTROL
Afterselecting the sensivity level for the Voice Control option in the Sys Setting, this dash camera can be controlled using voice commands. Please goto Main Menu > Sys Setting > Voice Control to check the voice commands.
CHECKTHEGPS DATA
Option 1: Via the DVPlayer
Step 1:
Visit https://dvplayer.net/setup.html to download DVPlayer onto your computer.
Step2:
Install DVPlayer on your computer and run the application. To protect your privacy, please click About > Product Registration to enter the provided FREE registration code (the same as the Serial Number on the dash cameral and your email address to register your dash camera. This registration code is exclusive for your use of the App and your product, and it s entirely free of charge without any future costs.
Tip:
Each registration code can only be used on one Windows computer and one Mac computer. If you initially register on a Windows computer and later want to switch to a different Mac computer, follow these steps Goto About and click on Delete Registration to remove the code from the Windows computer. Then, you can enter the same code on the Mac computer to that device.
Step3:
Transfer the videos from the dash camera to your computer using a card reader.
Step 4:
Launch DVPlayer and open the video you want o play.
Step 5
Click Settings on the DVPlayer application to set Video Playback mode, Language, Map, Speed Unit, Track linking and Auto Play Next.
Option 2: Via the Pelsee Cam
Step 1:
Open the Pelsee Cam App to see the live view. You can also access real-time GPS speed and direction inthe lower part of the homepage. Tap the map icon tosee the live route(for Android device, please tap the icon to download the offline map first.
Step2:
Tap and choose a video to review. Youl also be able to view the detailed GPS route when playing the recorded videos.
