PDC UV-C LED Bore Disinfection System
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Watch the 6-minute UV-C Quick Start video and read below STEPS before proceeding (scan QR code above or go to http://bit.ly/3FBbSDy)
Step 2: Position UV-C cart near end of patient table farthest from magnet bore. Ensure it’s at least 5 ft. from bore
Step 3: Remove SECTION 1 from cart and place it on patient table with its support legs near magnet bore
Step 4: Remove SECTION 2 from cart and place it on patient table with its support legs near end of table farthest from bore
Step 5: Connect both sections together as shown in the video
Step 6: Move the patient table into the bore
Step 7: Plug the GREY UV-C cable into SECTION 2 as shown in the video
Step 8: Plug the BLACK power cord into a wall outlet – BLUE light starts flashing* for 60 seconds while UV-C System initializes (during steps 8-11)
Step 9: Position UV-C cart so lights are visable from viewing window
Step 10: Turn key to ENABLE SYSTEM – key must be turned on while BLUE light is flashing
Step 11: Push Power button beside key switch – while BLUE light is flashing UV-C System will not start until motion sensors detect no motion in the room
Step 12: Walk out of room and close the door
– Refer to UV-C System LIGHT KEY on back
– If motion is detected before cycle begins, GREEN light will flash rapidly until no motion has been detected for 30 seconds
Step 13: Disinfection cycle begins and lasts 3 minutes
– BLUE light is ON, GREEN light is flashing slowly
– If cycle is interrupted, turn key to DISABLE and start at Step 10
– Once ALL 3 lights on the cart are ON – Disinfection cycle is COMPLETE
Step 14: Enter room and turn key to DISABLE – BLUE light starts flashing
Step 15: Unplug the BLACK power cord and hang it on UV-C cart
Step 16: Unplug the GREY UV-C cable and hang it on UV-C cart
Step 17: Return patient table to Home position
Step 18: Disconnect SECTIONS 1 and 2 and hang each section on UV-C cart
– Support legs near bottom of cart facing in
*If an error condition occurs, the RED lights will flash intermittently. See back of card.
