Product Introduction

Custom keyboard is a computer (and smartphone) HID input device which is equivalent to a keyboard or a mouse. You can use it to configure the function of the keys by provided software ElfKey. It is widely used in office work, video game control, medical industry, industrial industry and so on.
Custom keyboard is like other HID devices, it can be used on mobile phones, computers and tablets, and it is compatible with Windows, MAC, Linux, Android, IOS, Harmony OS and other systems.
You can connect several Custom keyboards to one computer, it will not have any conflict with your common keyboards and mice. When multiple devices are connected to the software, please select the product individually on software when setting the key function of the custom keyboard.

About the custom keyboard

1. OFF/ON: For wired mini keyboard: light switch ON/OFF.
   For wireless mini keyboard: Power switch ON/OFF.
2. USB-Type C port: Power supply and devices connection. connect button: For MK321,MK624,press once to switch connection modes. Press and hold 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. For MK424, after selecting the wireless mode, press and hold 3 seconds to enter pairing mode.
3. mode light: Blue light (usb mode); Red light (Bluetooth mode); Green light(2.4G mode).Light effect: Flashing at an interval of 1 second indicates a reconnection status; Flashing every 2 seconds indicates pairing status; Connected status lighting effects can be configured in the ElfKey software.
4. Keys: Press to trigger the key function you’ve set up.
5. S button: Key layer switching button,press to switch key layers. Factory default condition there is only 1 layer of keys. You can add the 2nd and 3rd layers with the software. Each key value layers can be set with different function.
6. Key light: Press the S button, the different color lights indicate different layers. Red light (layer 1); Green light (layer 2); Blue light (layer 3). Please note: You need to switch the device to USB mode and connect it to a computer, run the ElfKey software, and then you can start to set up the key function.
7. USB/2/BT: connection mode. Switch to USB（USB）、2.4G（2）or Bluetooth（BT） mode connection。

How to use:

1. The wired models are named with MK321U、MK623U、MK424U.
   The wireless models are named with MK321BT、MK623BT、MK321Pro、MK623Pro 、MK424BT、MK424G、MK424Pro.
2. Download and install the Elfkey software from: software.pcsensor.com
3. Connect the custom keyboard to your computer with the USB cable. Run Elfkey software, press the connect button of the device until mode light turns to blue (USB mode), and the ElfKey software will automatically recognize the device.
4. After connecting by USB mode, you can start setting up the key function according to the software guidelines. (Youcan find the ElfKey User Manual on software).
5. Please note”one click open” function of wired versions requires running the ElfKey software. Other function of all versions can be used without running software.
6. Bluetooth Mode(onlyfor Pro、Bluetooth version):
   • Press the connect button until the mode indicator light turns to red (Bluetooth mode). Or switchmode selector (MK424) .
   • Press and hold the connect button for 3-5 seconds, then the light will blink every 2 seconds toenter the pairingmode,
   • Search for the Bluetooth named “device model” on your device and connect. After successful connection, the indicator light turns on for 2 seconds, and then the red light will flashand turnoff.
7. 2.4GMode (onlyfor Pro、2.4G version ): Press the connect button until the indicator turns to green or switch mode selector (MK424) , insert the USB receiver into the device. After successful connection, the indicator light stays on for 2 seconds, and then the indicator light will flash. (Noneed to pair).

If you need to pair the 2.4G receiver again, press and hold the connect button for 3-5 seconds to enter pairing mode. Then insert the USB receiver to the computer, and the device will automaticallypair whenit is nearbythe receiver.After successful pairing, the indicator light stays on for 2 seconds , then flash.

Function Introduction

1. Keyboard and mouse functions: A single key of the custom keyboard ca be set to key, key combo, short cut, hot keys or mouse cursor scroll up/down.
2. String function: Continuously output letters or symbols, up to 38 characters like “hello, world.”
3. Multimedia functions: Common functions such as volume + , volume -, Play/ Pause, click “my computer” etc.
4. Macro definition function: This function can set a combination action of keyboard andmouse, and you can custom a delay time to this action. You can use the recording function to record the actions of keyboardand mouse.
5. One-Key Open” function (wired version only): One-click opens the specified files,  PPTs, folders, web pages that you’ve set up. (This function works only when the software is running, so it is onlyavailable in wiredversions).

• Q: Can I use multiple Custom keyboards with one computer?
  A: Yes, you can connect several Custom keyboards to one computer without conflicts with common keyboards and mice. When configuring key functions, select each product individually on the software.
• Q: How do I switch key layers on the custom keyboard?
  A: Press the S button to switch between key layers. Each layer can have different key functions set up using the ElfKey software.
