Overview and Introduction

The FINDER integrates with Apple Find My network to provide a secure and user-friendly solution for tracking items, making it easy to locate keys, wallets, and more, with security and privacy at the forefront.
PBX FINDER is designed for the convenience of users, simplifying daily life, allowing you to say goodbye to lost belongings and enjoy a peace of mind lifestyle.

Button Functions

  • Power On: Tap the button once to hear 1 beep.
  • Power Off: Press and hold the button for about 5 seconds to hear 3 prompt sounds and release.
  • Factory Reset: Click 3 times in a row and long-press the 4th time to hear a long beep tone.

How to Pair

Note: iOS or iPadOS version 14.5 or above is required.

  1. Place the FINDER next to your Apple device (iPhone).
  2. Turn on Bluetooth on your iPhone and connect to the internet.
  3. Press the button of the PBX FINDER once to turn it on.
  4. Open the ‘Find My’ app on your iPhone.
  5. In the ‘Find My’ app, tap ‘+’, then ‘Add Other Item. ‘
  6. Once your FINDER is located, tap ‘Connect. ‘
  7. Enter a name and choose an emoji for your FINDER and tap ‘Continue. ‘
  8. Confirm to add your FINDER to your Apple ID by tapping ‘Agree. ‘
  9. Tap ‘Finish’ to complete the setup.

Battery
The PBX FINDER contains a CR2032 coin cell battery. During the product’s lifespan, it may be necessary to replace the battery. And you should pay attention to  the positive and negative electrodes of the battery.

Battery Replacement

  1. Force in the opposite direction along the buckle position to separate the upper and lower shells.
  2. Replace the battery with a new CR2032 cell, ensuring the positive pole faces up.
  3. Align the button position, squeeze inward, and fasten the shell.

Additional Tips

  1. When the device is paired with the Find My app, the phone needs to be linked to the Apple server. Pairing failures may occur due to network issues. We recommend the following:
    • Change the cellular network, such as switching between WIFI and mobile networks;
    • Factory reset the PBX FINDER;
    • Re-pairing.
  2. To remove PBX FINDER from your Apple device, open the Find My app, select”Items”, find the device, then scroll down and tap”Remove this device”.
  3. Battery life, related to personal usage habits; frequent use of the call function will accelerate battery drain.

The PBX FINDER contains delicate electronics, including a battery, to avoid damage, loss of function, or potential harm. Please refrain from dropping, hitting, puncturing, crushing, disassembling, exposing it to extreme heat or liquids, or
placing it in areas with a high concentration of industrial chemicals.
