Apstra Cloud Services Edge Installation Workflow

This document provides a high-level workflow of the Edge installation process. Use this high-level workflow to create an Apstra Cloud Services (ACS) organization, install the Edge, and validate your DC fabric setup.

- Create an account with Juniper ACS.
- Log in to your organization. Access the organization you have permissions for within the ACS UI at https://dc.ai.juniper.net.
- Switch to the Juniper Apstra (on-prem) UI.
- Adopt the Edge in Apstra.
- Return to the ACS UI to monitor Edge registration status.
- Verify Edge Registration. See Step 13.
- Download and run the ACS Setup Validation Tool. Run the Setup Validation Tool after installing the Edge. This tool performs a series of tests to verify that you have configured the various devices and services of your DC fabric correctly. For more information, click the link in the step.
- Run pre-flight checks. These checks verify whether certain prerequisites and configuration requirements are met and provide actionable guidance on how to resolve potential issues. Executing these checks enables you to validate the environment, identify issues that might affect the performance of ACS features, and resolve them. For more information, click the link in the step.
