Measuring range
For example:

  • 600 means 5-600m
  • 900 means 5-900m,
  • 1200 means 5-1200m.

Function Indication

  • P: Distance measuring, fog mode, pinseeker mode, speed finder mode.
  • H: Distance measuring (single measure), angle finder mode, height finder mode, fog mode, speed finder mode.

The rangefinder is suitable for measuring high reflectivity of an object (e.g. street sign), moderate reflectance (buildings), and low reflectivity objects (such as trees and golf flagpole).

Operation Instruction

START
The rangefinder has two buttons: the power button and the mode button “M”. Press power button shortly and turn the power on. The LCD will display as showin below (distance measuring mode).

ADJUST FOCUS
The rangefinder is designed with an adjustable eyepiece. By adjusting the focus within a -5 to +5 range, people with far sighted vision can use laser range finder without glasses. Rotate the eyepiece left or right until you have a clear view.

MODE SELECTION
You can change the mode by pressing the “M” button. Change unit by long pressing “M” button. “M” or “Y” in the distance measuring, or “KM/h” or “M/S” in the speed.

  • Model P: Press power button shortly, the distance value will display. Long press power button, the “Scan” will blink and continiously measuring value will display.
  • Model H: Press power button shortly, the distance value will display.

PIN SEEKER MODE

In the pinseeker mode, the point D may be isolated from a number of points in the background and keep only the distance d1 to the point. This is done to achieve automatic locking distance.

Model P: Press power button shortly, the distance value will display. Long press power button, it will start continiously measuring around flagpole until the value is stable. This value is the distance to flagpole.

FOG MODE

Fog can reflect the laser generating, so when it’s fog, it’s hart to measure distant targets. Filter out fog errors caused by distance (d1=30m), ensuring long-distance measurement volume.

Model P and H: Press power button shortly, the distance value will display base on fog.

ANGLE FINDER MODE

Model P and H: Target the moving object and press power button shortly, and keep on targeting the object until the speed value displays on the screen.

Precautions

  • Do not touch the eyepiece directly to avoid damage. If external lens is dirty, please clean it with soft cloth.
  • Collision or high pressure should be avoided when using RangeFinder.
  • Keep the device in a dry, cool and airy place to avoid extreme change of tempearture.
  • Never transmit the laser towards sun or strong light to avoid photosensitive elements from damage.
