Colour Match Express Game
Fill your train by rolling the dice and matching the coloured animals and carriages. A fun colour matching game!
Contents
• 4 train engines • 24 passengers • 24 trucks • 4 luggage trucks • 1 colour spot dice
Setting up the game
Each player chooses a train engine and attaches one of each coloured truck, in any order.
The passengers and luggage trucks are placed, face up, on the table.
To play
The youngest player starts.
Roll the dice and choose a passenger which matches the colour rolled.
Attach your passenger to the matching coloured truck.
Play passes to the next player.
Rolling a colour you already have
If you roll a colour and you have already collected a passenger of that colour, you can decide to keep or swap that passenger.
Play passes to the next player.
Add the luggage truck
Once you have filled all your trucks with matching coloured passengers, you can pick up a luggage truck and attach it to the end to complete your train.
The winner
The winner is the first player to get all six passengers on their train and attach a luggage truck.
For older players
For a more challenging game, players can collect their passengers in the same order as the colours of their trucks.
If a player has first attached a yellow truck to their engine, then a blue, then red, then green, then purple and orange, they collect their passengers in that same order and finish with a luggage truck to win the game.
