Description

To celebrate Oneder’s fifth anniversary, we have decided to reissue one of the very first Oneder offerings: the ONEDER FUZZ. Based on the dual-voiced, octave-inducing, over-engineered fuzz pedals from the 60s and the 990s(the Super one and the Hyper one), the Oneder Fuzz has its character and flair. The FILTER footswitch toggles between GREEN mode, which is an explosive, mid-scooped fuzz, and RED mode, a mid-forward growly fuzzy distortion. Between these essentially polar opposite fuzz sounds and the 3-gain toggle switch, you’re bound to find your new favourite doomy/stoney tone!

CONTROLS

Level (left knob) and Gain (right knob)

  • Gain Toggle: I: low gain II: medium gain III: high gain
  • Filter Footswitch: switches between Red and Green mode
  • Engage Footswitch: bypasses or engages the pedal

External Controls

The Level knob adjusts the overall volume of the effect, whilethe Gain knob controls the amount of fuzz/distortion. Use the GainToggle to select between low, medium, and high gain settings. TheFilter Footswitch switches between different modes, and the EngageFootswitch bypasses or engages the pedal.

Internal Controls & Tips

  • Inside the pedal, there are two internal trimpots. DO NOT TURN THESE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST, and if you do, use a small screwdriver and GENTLY turn. DO NOT use force, or it’ll strip and damage your pedal/void your warranty.
  • High Cut Trimmer (top): This trimmer is upside down and comes factory set at fully counterclockwise (full brightness). Gently turn clockwise to reduce the treble content of the fuzz
  • B.ias Trimmer (bottom): comes factory set at noon. You don’t need to touch this one. BBut ifyou must experiment, see if adjusting this in small increments makes you dig your fuzz even more!
  • There are a LOT of fuzz sounds and levels of gain and character available in this pedal. It  is very sensitive to different pickup outputs and instruments.
  • You can achieve some “barely there” sputteryfuzz sounds in low-gain mode, and blown-out extreme fuzz in high-gain mode.
  • Medium gain mode (II) is a great place to start. The Oneder Fuzz also really shines as an octave fuzz.
  • When you play above the 12th fret on the neck pickup!

Tips for Getting Different Sounds
The pedal offers various fuzz sounds and levels of gain. Experiment with different pickup outputs and instruments for unique tones. Low-gain mode provides subtle fuzz, while high-gain mode delivers extreme fuzz. Medium gain mode is a good starting point.

Special Features
The Oneder Fuzz excels as an octave fuzz when playing above the 12th fret on the neck pickup.
