Expanding

1. Ensure toggles are unclipped.
2. Lift the lid from the base of the bag with some force.
3. Fill the bag with items, spreading the weight evenly.
4. Pull the pocket over the top and fix it in place with the velcro tab to secure items while wheeling.
5. Adjust the strap length so the bag remains straight and structured.
6. Remove slack by tightening the pull toggles on both sides of the bag.
