PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The Offnova TM65 Interactive Flat Panel is a smart touchscreen display used for classroom teaching, business presentations, video conferencing, and collaborative whiteboard work.
It supports Android system and optional Windows OPS module with multi-touch functionality.

INSTALLATION SETUP
  1. Wall Mounting
    Install the panel on a solid wall such as concrete or reinforced wood. Use a heavy-duty compatible bracket and ensure proper ventilation space around the device.
  2. Power Setup
    Connect the AC power cable securely. Ensure proper grounding and avoid unstable power sources.
  1. PORTS AND CONNECTIONS
    Common ports include HDMI input and output for external devices, USB ports for touch and data, OPS slot for Windows PC module, LAN port for internet connection, and Type-C port if supported for display and data transfer.

POWER OPERATION

  1. Power On
    Press the power button on the panel or remote control. The indicator changes from red to blue and the system boots.
  2. Power Off
    Long press the power button for three to five seconds and confirm shutdown if prompted.
  3. Sleep Mode
    Short press the power button to turn off the display while keeping the system in standby.

MAIN INTERFACE FUNCTIONS
The home screen includes file manager, whiteboard application, input source selection, settings menu, and screen sharing tools.

  1. WHITEBOARD FUNCTION
    Users can write using finger or stylus, change pen color and thickness, erase content, insert shapes, undo and redo actions, and save notes as image or PDF files.
  2. SCREEN SHARING
    The device supports wireless screen mirroring from Android phones, iPhones, Windows laptops, and Mac systems. It can also connect via HDMI cable.
  3. SYSTEM SETTINGS
    Settings include brightness control, volume adjustment, WiFi and network setup, language selection, input source configuration, sleep timer, and system updates.
  4. INPUT SOURCE SWITCHING
    Supported inputs include Android system, OPS Windows system, HDMI ports, Type-C input, and VGA input if available. Switching can be done through remote control or on-screen menu.
  5. REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION
    The remote control includes power, home, volume controls, input selection, settings access, and navigation buttons. Ensure batteries are correctly installed.
  6. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
    Do not expose the device to water or moisture. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources. Use a grounded power supply. Do not use sharp objects on the screen. Clean only with a soft dry cloth.
  7. MAINTENANCE
    Clean the screen regularly with a microfiber cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners. Keep ventilation areas clear. Restart the device periodically for optimal performance.

TROUBLESHOOTING

  1. No Display
    Check power connection and input source selection.
  2. Touch Not Working
    Reconnect USB touch cable and restart the system.
  3. No Sound
    Check volume level and audio output settings.
  4. System Frozen
    Restart the device using the power button.
  1. FACTORY RESET
    1. For OPS Windows system, go to settings, select recovery option, and choose factory reset. This will erase all data and restore default settings.

Safety & Operational Precautions
1. Ventilation & Placement: Keep the unit away from heat sources and ensure ventilation openings are not blocked to prevent overheating.
2. Power: Use only the approved power cord and ensure the power outlet is easily accessible.
3. Installation & Handling: Mount the unit using a UL Listed or equivalent bracket. Avoid physical impact, vibration, and excessive pressure on the screen. The forward tilt of the product will affect the touch effect. The suggested installation angle is 00-50.

Cleaning
1. Safety Precautions
• Disconnect the power plug from the wall outlet before cleaning.
• Avoid contact with ventilation holes, as they may be extremely hot and cause burns.
• Do not move the display with cables attached.
2. Cleaning Instructions
• Gently wipe the panel surfaces with a soft, lint-free cloth.
• For stubborn dirt, lightly dampen the cloth with a mild detergent solution, wring it out thoroughly, and then wipe the surface. Finish by drying with a clean, dry cloth.
• Prevent any moisture from entering the unit or ventilation holes.
• Do not scratch the surfaces or use abrasive materials, solvents, or chemical sprays.
• Do not place rubber or PVC materials against the cabinet for long periods.
Important
To prevent permanent image retention (also known as “burn-in,” “after-imaging,” or “ghost imaging”), please observe the following
precautions, This is a known characteristic of LCD technology.
• Always enable a moving screen saver when the display is unattended.
• Always use a periodic screen refresh feature when displaying static content for extended periods. WARNING: While mild symptoms may fade after power-off, severe burn-in is permanent and irreversible. Such damage is not covered by the product warranty.
