Installation Guide

Anti-static Film Installation

Clean the windshield and apply the anti-static film to the designated area. Ensure a smooth surface, avoiding edges. Press out any air bubbles during installation.

Micro SD Card Installation

Insert a Micro SD card (Class 10/UHS-I recommended) into the slot until it clicks.

Dashcam Mounting

Cable Routing

KAWA AUTO APP

Download the "KAWA AUTO APP" (scan QR code). Use the app to view real-time video, adjust installation, and manage recordings.

Connecting: Open the app, click the [Add Icon], select "KAWA Dash Cam MINI3", and follow instructions. Ensure your phone connects to the dash cam's Wi-Fi hotspot (Name: "KAWA@MINI3@9999" or as labeled). Disable VPN if active.

Power Supply Usage

Use the provided car charger and cable. The manufacturer is not liable for issues arising from using non-original accessories. Be aware that some car chargers provide power even when the engine is off; prolonged dashcam operation may drain the battery. If parking monitoring is off, manually turn off the dashcam or disconnect the charger when the vehicle is parked for extended periods.

Micro SD Card Usage

A Micro SD card is required but not included. Use a Class 10/UHS-I card. Format the card in the dash cam before first use (this erases data; back up important files). For optimal performance, format the card monthly. Using low-quality or damaged cards may lead to recording failures. Do not insert or remove the card while the dash cam is powered on.
