Instructions for Use

Charging the Unit

With the unit turned OFF (O), connect the charging cable to the user-supplied USB wall charger. Plug the charger into the wall outlet, then connect the other end of the charging cable to the unit, and charge.

Note: Refer to the IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS section for required USB power supply specifications.

Make sure the unit is dry before opening the charge port cover and connecting the charger. Replace the charge port cover after charging and ensure it’s fully seated (flush with the outside surface of the handle).

Charge Unit for 4 Hours Prior to First Use.

Water Flossing Technique

Step 1: Insert Tip

Press tip firmly into unit until it clicks into place. To remove tip, push the tip eject button. Caution: Do not press tip eject button while unit is running.

Step 2: Fill Reservoir

Unplug charging cable from the unit. Ensure charge port cover is in place prior to filling with water and during use. Lift the flip top on the reservoir and fill with lukewarm water. Refill as needed.

Step 3: Adjust Pressure

For first-time use, adjust the pressure setting to the LOW (I) setting.

Step 4: Lean Over Sink

Lean over sink and close lips enough to prevent splashing while still allowing water to flow from mouth into the sink. Tip: LOOK INTO SINK, not in mirror, to reduce splashing.

Step 5: Aim and Floss

Aim water at the gumline at a 90-degree angle. Follow the gumline and pause briefly between teeth.

Step 6: When Finished

Remove tip from unit to decrease risk of unit being knocked over.

Important Note:

TO AVOID MESS: KEEP TIP IN MOUTH WHILE UNIT IS ON.

Cleaning

Never immerse unit in water. Before cleaning, unplug from electrical outlet, remove charging cable from charge port, and replace charge port cover. Clean the product when necessary by using a soft cloth and mild non-abrasive cleanser to wipe exterior.

The water reservoir is removable for easy cleaning and is top rack dishwasher safe (heat cycle off). It is recommended that the reservoir is removed and cleaned weekly.

Removing Hard Water Deposits / General Cleaning

Hard water deposits may build up in your unit, depending on the mineral content of your water. If left unattended, it can hinder performance.

Cleaning internal parts: add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar to a full reservoir of warm water. Point the handle and tip into sink. Turn unit ON and run until reservoir is empty. Rinse by repeating with a full reservoir of clean warm water.

This process should be done every 1 to 3 months to ensure optimal performance.

Battery Care

If the Water Flosser is to be stored for an extended period of time (six months or more), be sure to fully charge it prior to storage.

Do not expose the battery or appliance to excessive temperatures.
