Features

Real-time Visualization

View live streams, adjust image clarity, and control camera rotation via the Zosi Smart App. Supports taking screenshots, recording real-time images, and two-way audio communication.

Two-Way Video Call

The camera supports one-click calls or gesture calls. The device can call the app via a button or gesture, and the phone will receive an instant notification for incoming calls, enabling two-way video communication with family at any time.

Infrared Night Vision

The camera automatically switches to night mode based on ambient light changes. Integrated infrared LEDs provide clear visibility in low-light conditions.

Video Playback

The camera supports two storage modes: Micro SD card storage and cloud storage. After inserting a Micro SD card or purchasing a cloud storage subscription, you can view recorded videos in playback mode.

Smart Detection

The camera can detect motion or human presence and quickly send an alarm notification to the app, allowing you to monitor at any time.

Target Tracking

The camera is equipped with an intelligent AI target tracking algorithm. When a person is detected in the surveillance area, the camera automatically follows them, allowing you to track their movement.

Micro SD Card Installation

Ensure the camera is powered off. Tilt the lens down to access the memory card slot and insert the card with the contacts facing up.

Note: To avoid damaging the Micro SD card, turn off the camera's power before installing or removing the card. Use a memory card from a reputable manufacturer. The camera only supports the Fat32 format, so ensure the card is formatted as Fat32 before use. It is recommended to use a card with a read/write speed of at least U1 or Class10.

Powering On the Device

Connect the power adapter to the Type-C port on the back of the camera to start it.

Indicator light: Slow flashing indicates the device is not connected to the network. Rapid flashing indicates an ongoing call. Solid light indicates the device is connected to the network.

Note: The camera will perform an automatic check during startup, which takes approximately 30 seconds. Do not attempt to adjust the dome manually during this time.

App Installation

1. Scan the QR code below to download the Zosi Smart app for free on your phone. You can also search for and download it from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Adding a Device

1. Open the "Zosi Smart" app and follow the instructions to register and log in.
2. Click "+" to add a device and follow the instructions to configure and add the device to the network.

Installation Notes

1. Please confirm that the camera has been added to the application before installation.
2. The camera can be installed flat, on the ceiling, or on the wall. It is recommended to place it in a location with a wide viewing angle.

Ceiling and Wall Installation

1. Drill holes in the wall according to the mounting hole template and insert plastic anchors.
2. Insert the mounting screws and fix the bracket.
3. Install the camera onto the bracket and tighten it after adjusting the camera's angle.

Installation and Usage Precautions

1. Please use the power adapter provided with this product to power the camera. (Using a different or non-compliant power adapter may damage the camera.)
2. This camera cannot be installed outdoors. Examples include corridors, eaves, and covered courtyards.
3. Indoor installation should be kept away from humid or high-temperature environments.
4. Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods during the use of this product.
5. Install and use this product in accordance with national and regional electrical safety regulations.
6. To improve the user experience, the app will be updated from time to time. Specific operations may differ slightly; please follow the app's guidelines.

Wall or Ceiling Installation

1. Drill holes in the wall and insert rubber anchors according to the positioning stickers.
2. Tighten the screws to secure the mounting bracket in place.
3. Attach the camera to the bracket, align it, and then turn the camera clockwise to lock it in place.

Note: To remove the camera from the bracket, turn it counter-clockwise.

AVSS

Download and install the AVSS software and follow the instructions to complete the installation.

FAQ

Q: Why is the device offline?

A: Please check if the device is connected to the network, if the router is functioning normally, and if the IP address is obtained automatically.

Q: Why can't the video files be found?

A: Please check if the SD card is damaged, if the search date for the files is valid, and if the device's system time is correct.

Q: Does the camera support motion detection and image capture?

A: It automatically captures images when it detects people, vehicles, or changes in detected images. Users can also manually capture images using the Zosi Smart app.
