Trouble Shooting
1. Why does the “terminal network services (UDP) start fail” warning display while the server software is starting up?
· If this warning message appears, it usually indicates that the local network connection has been lost. Please check and reconnect the network cable properly, exit the software, and then restart it.
2. Why the terminal is still “offline”? · Check Software Server and Main Controller: Ensure both are running properly. Before launching the server software, disable all firewalls, including the system firewall and any third-party antivirus firewalls. · Verify Network Connection: After powering on the terminal, the network port’s green light should remain steady, and the orange light should flash rapidly. If the green light is off, it indicates a hardware connection issue– check the network cable and switch for damage, disconnection, or malfunction. · Check Terminal IP Settings: Confirm that the terminal ID, server IP, local IP, and gateway IP are correctly configured according to the network environment. 3.
