The tool uses extension mapping plus signature checks (magic bytes) for common formats, then selects the most suitable viewer available on manuals.plus.

Does this upload my file?

No. Local files are processed in your browser. URL mode fetches directly from the source host and depends on CORS policy.

What happens if rendering fails?

The page falls back to metadata output including filename, extension, inferred MIME, size, and signature sample.
