Congratulations on acquiring the LELO SMART WAND™ 2 Large. This user manual provides essential information for its use.

IMPORTANT: Your pleasure object may be locked for transportation. To unlock, connect the charger.

Getting Started

• Before first use, charge the SMART WAND™ 2 Large for 2 hours.
• Unlock by pressing and holding the '+' and '-' buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until the light turns on.
• Press the '+' button to turn on; press again to increase vibration strength.
• Press the mode selection button [mode button] to switch between the 10 vibration patterns.
• Press the '-' button to reduce vibration strength.
• Press and hold the mode selection button [mode button] to turn off.

Getting to Know Your SMART WAND™ 2 Large

The SMART WAND™ 2 Large features:

• Pleasure Point: The primary area for stimulation.
• Mode Selection Button: Used to cycle through vibration patterns.
• +/- Intensity Controls: Buttons to adjust vibration strength.
• Charging Port: Located at the base for connecting the charger.

Using the SMART WAND™ 2 Large

Charging Your SMART WAND™ 2 Large

• Insert the DC plug into the DC port at the base of the SMART WAND™ 2 Large.
• Insert the mains plug into a wall socket. The LED indicator on the device will pulse while charging.
• When fully charged (approx. 1.5 hours), the LED will emit a steady glow.
• When the battery is low, the LED will emit a blinking white light.

Only use original chargers provided by LELO with your SMART WAND™ 2 Large.

Cleaning, Storage, and Safety

• Using the SMART WAND™ 2 Large with hand creams or silicone-based lubricants may make the silicone permanently tacky.
• The SMART WAND™ 2 Large is fully waterproof, simplifying cleaning. Rinse and spray with LELO Toy Cleaner, then rinse again and allow to dry.
• Always clean the device thoroughly before and after each use. Wash the silicone with warm water and antibacterial soap, rinse with clean hot water, and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel.
• Never use cleansers containing alcohol, petrol, or acetone.
• Avoid leaving the SMART WAND™ 2 Large in direct sunlight and never expose it to extreme heat.
• Store the device in a dust-free place, away from other materials.

Troubleshooting

The LED does not pulse when the charger is connected:

• The battery may be drained and require a few minutes to acknowledge charging.
• Ensure the charger is properly connected to both the wall socket and the device's DC port.

The device does not activate when the center button is pressed:

• The battery may be empty; recharge the SMART WAND™ 2 Large.
• The device interface may be locked. Hold down the '+' and '-' buttons for 5 seconds to unlock.

Warranty Registration and Information

To activate your 1-Year Limited Warranty, register the number provided on the LELO Authenticity Card at LELO.COM/SUPPORT.

1-Year Limited Warranty

LELO warrants this pleasure object for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. The warranty covers working parts affecting the function of the pleasure object. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration from fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the pleasure object or its accessories will void the warranty.

If a defect is discovered and LELO is notified during the warranty period, LELO will, at its discretion, replace the pleasure object free of charge. Claims must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of claim is within the warranty period. Keep your original purchase receipt and these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period.

To claim your warranty, log in to your account at LELO.COM and select the option to make a warranty claim. Shipping costs are non-refundable. This undertaking is in addition to, and does not affect, consumer's statutory rights.

Disposal Information

Disposal of old electronic equipment (applicable in the EU and other European countries with separate waste collection systems):
