Connect the neoHub to your router and power. Download the Heatmiser neoApp, create an account, select 'Add Location', and press the Connect button on the neoHub when prompted. The Link LED will turn Green when connected to the cloud.
Heatmiser offers a standard 2-year return-to-base warranty on their products. If a fault develops within this period, the product can be returned for inspection and replacement if found faulty.
Press and hold the reset button on the neoHub for approximately 15 seconds until the power light begins to flash. Allow about 5 minutes for the hub to fully reset and reboot.
The Mesh symbol indicates that the neoStat is successfully communicating with the neoHub via the wireless mesh network. If this symbol disappears, the connection to the neoHub has been lost.
