1. Finding Your Optimal Fit

Achieving the best sound and noise cancellation requires a proper fit. The Bose Fit Kit includes three pairs of ear tips (small, medium, large) and three pairs of stability bands (1, 2, 3). Experiment with different combinations to find the most comfortable and secure fit that creates a gentle seal in your ear canal. XS and XL eartips and stability bands are sold separately.

2. Eerste keer opladen

Before first use, fully charge your earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Connect the USB-C cable to the charging case and a power source. A 20-minute quick charge provides up to 2 hours of additional playtime.

3. Verbinden via Bluetooth

To pair your earbuds with a device, open the charging case. The earbuds will enter pairing mode. On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds" from the list of available devices. The earbuds support Bluetooth 5.3 and multipoint connectivity, allowing seamless switching between multiple paired devices.

4. Bose App Installation

Download the Bose app from your device's app store. The app guides you through the setup process, allows customization of settings, checking battery levels, and accessing Adjustable EQ settings. Ensure optimal functionality by keeping the app and earbud firmware updated.

For the eartips, remove them from the earbuds and gently clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary, then allow them to air dry completely before reattaching.

When not in use, store your earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust, debris, and potential damage. Store the case in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.

• Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are within range (up to 30 feet).
