Dial Function Definition:
Interval Shot: Automatically shoots at set intervals.
Timer Shot: Countdown shooting after set time.
Continuous Shot: Shoots continuously by set number.
Photo Mode: Normal photo shooting.
Filter Photo Mode: Take pictures with filters.
Video + Photo: Take photos while recording.
Time-lapse Video: Automatic recording in compressed intervals.
Loop Recording: Continuous cyclic video recording.
Video Mode: Normal video recording.

Battery Installation and Removal:
- Insert the battery as shown in the diagram, with the notch facing the lens direction. Slide it in horizontally following the arrow direction. The battery will automatically lock into place. Then close the compartment door.
- To remove, slide the compartment switch inward to open the door. Push the battery lock inward with your finger, and the battery will partially pop up. Remove it by hand or by tilting the camera.

Powering On
Press and hold the [
] for 2 seconds, and the device will automatically power on. It will enter the corresponding mode based on the current position of the mode dial.
Photo Shooting
- Insert the TF card, then insert the battery. Press the [
] Power Button to turn on the device. - Rotate the mode dial to the [
] to enter photo mode. - Lightly press the [
] button to take a photo, which will be saved automatically. - Press the [
] to quickly delete the photo. - Press the [
] to view the captured photo. Press [
] again to photo mode. - To use other photo functions, rotate the dial to the desired icon and follow the menu prompts to configure.
Video Recording
- Insert the TF card, then insert the battery. Press the [
] Button to power on the device. - Rotate the mode dial to the [
] to enter video recording mode. - Press the [
] to start recording; the video will be saved automatically when you stop. - Press the [
] to quickly delete a recorded video. - Press the [
] to view recorded videos. Press [
] again to video mode. - To use other video functions, rotate the dial to the corresponding icon and configure through the menu.

Photo Modes
Rotate the mode dial to select the desired shooting mode:

Function Settings
- Press the [MENU] button on the camera to enter the settings menu screen.
- Press the camera’s [
] / [
] buttons to select the function, then press [ok] to enter the submenu. Press [
] / [
] buttons to choose the required parameter, then press [ok] to confirm. Press the [MENU] button again to exit the menu and return to the shooting interface.
Changing Photo Resolution
- Turn the mode dial to switch to normal photo mode, and press the camera’s [MENU] button to open the photo mode menu.

- Use [
] / [
] to select “Resolution”, then press [ok] to enter the submenu. Use [
] / [
] to select “12M”, then press [ok] to confirm.

- Press the camera’s [MENU] button to exit the menu and return to the shooting interface.
Changing Video Resolution
- Switch the mode dial to standard video mode. Press the [MENU] button on the camera to open the video mode menu.

- Use the [
] / [
] buttons to select “Resolution”, then press [ok] to enter the submenu. Use the [
] / [
] buttons to select “4K 30FPS”, then press [ok] to confirm.

- Press the [MENU] button to exit the menu and return to the video screen.
System Settings
- Press the [MENU] button on the camera to open the current mode menu. Press the buttons to enter the system settings menu. [
]/[
] - Use the [
]/[
] buttons on the camera to select the desired function, then press [ok] to enter the submenu. - Use the [
]/[
] buttons to select the desired parameter, then press [ok] to confirm. - Press the [MENU] button to exit the menu and return to the shooting screen.
Formatting the Memory Card
- Press the [MENU] button on the camera to open the photo mode menu. Then press [
]/[
] buttons to enter the system settings menu.

- Use the [
] / [
] buttons to select “Format Card”, then press [ok] to enter the submenu.
Use the [
] / [
] buttons to select “Yes”, then press [ok] to confirm.

- After formatting is complete, the camera will automatically return to the settings menu. Press the [MENU] button on the camera to exit the menu and return to the photo interface.
Macro Function
- Switch the mode dial to Photo Mode, press the [MENU] button to open the settings menu, use [
]/[
] to set the focus mode to fixed focus, then press the [
] button to activate Macro Mode. - When Macro Mode is enabled, the camera locks focus at an optimal distance of approximately 5-8 cm to achieve the best sharpness.
- Press the [
] again to exit Macro Mode.
Note:
Macro mode is not supported in video mode. To use it in photo mode, you must set the focus mode to fixed focus in the settings. Additionally, macro mode does not support memory; it will be automatically disabled when the camera restarts.
To activate it, press the [
] button again.
Connect to Computer
- Turn on the camera and use the provided USB cable to connect the camera’s Type-C port to the computer’s USB port. The screen will display available options.

- Use the Flash/Playback button to select the desired option, then press the confirmation button to confirm.
Mass Storage Mode
Select [
] and the computer will display the camera’s memory card as a removable drive. You can transfer files from the memory card to your computer.
Webcam Mode
Select [
] to use the camera as a webcam for live streaming and other purposes. While in webcam mode, other camera features will be disabled.
Charging Mode
Select [
] to allow charging while the camera is off.
The camera charges faster when powered off.
Play and Delete
- Press the [
] button on the camera to open the media library. - Use the [
]/[
] buttons to select [
] or [
], then press [ok] to enter playback mode. - When viewing files, press [
]/[
] to switch pages. Press [MENU] to open the delete screen.
Use [
]/[
] to select Confirm or Delete, then press [ok] to exit playback. Press [
] again to exit media library. Press [
] once more to return to shooting mode. - While playing video files, press [ok] to play/pause. Use [W] /[T] to adjust volume. Press [
] again to exit media library, then press [
] to return to shooting screen. - You can also press the [
] button in playback mode to quickly delete the last recorded file.
WiFi Function
Downloading the App
Android: Search “Viipulse” in app store and download the app.
iOS: Search “Viipulse” in the App Store to download and install.
Harmony OS: Search for “Viipulse” in the Harmony OS App Market and install.
Connecting the Device
- Open the [
] app and tap “Add Camera” to proceed to the camera WiFi connection page. - Turn on the camera, short-press the “WiFi” button on the homepage to enter the WiFi waiting page. The screen will display the WiFi name and password. Stay on this screen without exiting.

- Tap “Next” on the phone app to proceed to the camera connection instructions.
- Tap “Add Camera”, and the app will redirect to the phone’s WiFi connection screen.
- On the phone’s WiFi list, select the camera WiFi name, enter the password, and tap Connect.
- Once WiFi is connected, the screen returns to the app, and the camera will display: WiFi ready. The app will automatically go to the photo/video interface and display the real-time view from the camera.
Once the camera is connected to the app, you can take photos, record videos, download or delete files. Please refer to the text prompts in the app interface for operation.
- Tap a file to view the captured photo or recorded video.
Warm Tips:
If viewing files on your phone, download them before playback to ensure smooth playback. On iPhones, return the app to the connection screen before playback.
For Android phones, if auto playback is enabled, playback may also lag.
Download the video first for smooth playback.
In the video options, select “More” “Settings” and set the player to autoplay for smooth playback.

Disconnecting the Connection
On the WiFi connection page, press the “WiFi” button on the camera panel to disconnect. The camera will return to photo/video mode.

Charging
When the battery is low, charge the device promptly. Use a Type-C cable and a DC 5V
A charger. The red light will turn on during charging and go off when fully charged.
Tip: Charging while powered off is faster.
Reset
If the camera malfunctions due to improper operation or other issues, perform a reset to restore normal operation.

Troubleshooting Guide
| Issue | Solution |
| Unable to charge | If the charging indicator is off, the charger may not be plugged in. Check if the charger is properly connected. Try using a new charging cable or charger. |
| If the ambient temperature is below 10 °C charging may be slow or not possible. | |
| Cannot connect to PC | Check if the USB data cable is properly connected. |
| Check if the USB port on the computer is functioning correctly. | |
| Try using a different cable or computer. | |
| Blurry photos | The camera supports auto-focus. Please focus carefully before shooting. If the image is shaky, consider using a tripod. |
| Memory card not recognized | Format the memory card. |
| Check if the memory card is inserted correctly. | |
| Camera won’t start | Try a new memory card. |
| If the battery is low, please replace or charge the battery. | |
| If the battery is not properly installed, please ensure correct installation. | |
| WiFi connection failed | Make sure both the camera and your smartphone have WiFi turned on. Carefully check and re-enter the WiFi password displayed on the camera screen. |
| If the signal is weak or unstable, ensure both devices are within range and reduce interference. |
