INSTRUCTION MANUAL

Sell your designer items with our full-service consignment program. We handle selling logistics end-to-end, including authentication, marketing, and customer service, and share proceeds with a structured discount schedule over a 6-month consignment period.

Quick Guide

1. Choose items you want to consign (luxury handbags, jewelry, and accessories).
2. Submit your items for full-service selling; we handle authentication, photography, marketing, sales, and customer service.
3. Use the 6-month consignment period with a scheduled price reduction starting after 3 months (based on item value).
4. After your item sells, payment is sent 4 weeks later via direct deposit using Plooto.
5. An authentication fee for an Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity will be deducted from your proceeds after the item sells.

01. After emailing us a photo of your item(s), we will get back to you with a proposed selling price and consignment fee.

02. Ship us your item(s) with a tracking number or if you have 4 more items to consign we’ll send you a free shipping label.

03. Once we receive your item(s), we will fiınalize the agreement by email. Your item(s) will be up on our website within two weeks

04. We take care of everything needed to sell your items including authentication, photography, marketing, sales, and customer service.

05. The payments are sent 4 weeks after the item has sold, in order to account for any possible return. Payments will be issued via direct deposit using Plooto; a third-party payment service.

06. The consignment period is 6 months.

Discount schedule for items under $5,000:

• After 3 months: 10% reduction
• After 4 months: 15% reduction
• After 5 months: 20% reduction

Discount schedule for items $5,000 and above:

• After 3 months: 5% reduction
• After 4 months: 10% reduction
• After 5 months: 15% reduction

AUTHENTICITY IS IMPORTANT:

We do not sell counterfeit goods and we stand by our guarantee that the items we sell are authentic. Any inauthentic items will be returned to you at your cost.

To provide buyers with an Entrupy Certiıcate of Authenticity, an authentication fee will be deducted from the consignor’s proceeds once the item sells: $45 CAD (most brands), $75 CAD (Chanel, Dior & Goyard), and $175 CAD (Hermès).

SELLER’S RESPONSIBILITY:

As a seller, we ask that you fully disclose where your items were purchased to the best of your knowledge.

LOSS OR DAMAGE / INSURANCE:

Once we receive your items, we are responsible for them until their delivery to the new owner.

DISCRETION:

The most important thing to know about selling your designer items is that we never breathe a word to anyone about who buys or sells designer items.

Troubleshooting

• My item was rejected as inauthentic: Any inauthentic items will be returned to you at your cost.
• I’m unsure about authenticity/certificates: An Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity is supported for buyers; an authentication fee is deducted from consignor proceeds once the item sells (fee depends on brand category).
• Will I be paid immediately after sale? No—payments are sent 4 weeks after the item has sold to account for possible returns.
• Pricing doesn’t match my expectations: Price reductions follow the stated schedule during the 6-month consignment period, with different reduction rates depending on whether the item is under $5,000 or $5,000 and above.
