CONTROL

Start the toaster for min. 3 times empty, right after unpacking. The first start-up may be accompanied by a slight smell or smoke, so ventilate the room thoroughly.
Before switching on and inserting the bread into the toaster, set the browning level from
1 – light browning to 7 – heavy browning. If you switch on the device at short intervals, several batches of bread at the same level can be baked more, due to the residual heat.

• Cancel – function for interrupting roasting
• Reheat – function for heating already toasted pastries or for finishing baking
• Defrost – function for toasting frozen pastries

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Before cleaning, unplug the device from the electrical outlet and wait for the device to cool down completely.
• Use only a slightly damp cloth for cleaning. Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents.
• Pull out the crumb tray and pour the crumbs into the bin.
• Any other work on the product should be carried out by a professional.
