Product Usage Instructions
1. Preparation
Before installation, make sure you have the following items:
- Main device (DH-G910S)
- Wall Mount Drilling Hexagonal Wrench
- Template Sticker
- Back Cover
- Screws (M3X6, M4X25)
- Mounting accessories: Wall-Mounting Box, Mounting Bracket,
Embedded box Mounting Bracket
2. Product Overview
The DH-G910S series features a 7″ Touch Screen LCD, White Light
LED, Card reader, Infrared LED, Speaker, Microphone, and various
interfaces.
3. Installation Environment
The device is suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments.
Follow these guidelines:
- Outdoor installation: Avoid direct sunlight exposure to prevent
damage. - Indoor installation: Ensure installation at least 2 meters away
from light sources or 3 meters away from windows/doors.
4. Installation
4.1 Wall Mounting
Step 1:
– Place the Wall-mount drilling template sticker at the desired
height above the ground and drill holes.
– Insert Drywall anchors and mount the bracket securely with
screws.
Step 2:
– Hang one end of the main unit on the bracket and connect
cables correctly.
– Secure the Back cover with screws and complete the
installation.
4.2 Flush Mounting
Step 1:
– Method of fixing the embedded box using Drywall anchors.

3 | Installation Environment INSTALLATION ENVIRONMENT
The device can be installed in both indoor and outdoor environment. Outdoor installation: Avoid to exposing the device to direct sunlight, which will cause damage to device and components due to high temperature. Indoor installation: The device should be installed on somewhere 2 meters (6 feet) away from light or 3 meters (9 feet) away from window/door.

4 | Installation
4.1 Wall Mounting
STEP1
Place the Wall-mount drilling template sticker at a maximum height of 1.65 meters above the ground (adjust the height according to actual conditions), drill four holes with a diameter of 5.0 millimeters at the corre-
INSTALLATION sponding positions, and locate the wiring hole in the middle and lower section.
Hammer in the four Drywall anchors into the four drilled holes. Insert the Mounting bracket into the Wall-mounting box/frame, align it with the template holes, pull out the
network cable and wiring through the bracket hole. Secure the entire Wall-mounted assembly (Wall-mounted box + bracket) by tightening the four M4X20 screws. Take out the disassembly key (Purpose: to protect the main unit from being scratched during wiring). As shown in the image, align the slot at the bottom of the key with the top part of the square metal tabs protruding from the Mounting bracket, and snap the key into the tabs.

STEP2
As illustrated, one end of the main unit is hung on the two hanging ears on the top of the Mounting bracket using a rope, while the other end is placed flat and pressed against the cavity inside the Mounting bracket(with the main unit’s surface against the surface of the disassembly key).
After the cable and network port are connected correctly to the back of the main unit according to the labels, secure the Back cover is to the back of the main unit with four M3x6 countersunk screws.
Untie the rope, remove the disassembly key, and tilt the main unit about 30 degrees downward to slide it into the two side ears on the top of the Mounting bracket. Press the main unit inward and rotate to snap it into the slot at the bottom of the Mounting bracket (you should hear two “click” sounds, indicating that it is securely fastened).
The installation of the main unit in the surface-mounted box is complete.

4.2 Flush mounting
STEP1
Method of fixing the embedded box using Drywall anchor
At a maximum height of 1.6 meters from the floor, cut a rectangular slot with dimensions: 345(L) x 149(W) x 51 (D) millimeters.
Place the Embedded box into the slot and use a marker to mark the drilling positions according to the screw holes on the wall box.
Remove the Embedded box and drill four holes at the marked spots using a 5.0 mm diameter drill bit. Hammer four Drywall anchors into the holes and use four ST4×20 self-tapping screws to fix the embedded box
inside the wall slot. The installation of the embedded box is complete.

Method of fixing the embedded wall box with cement glue
At a maximum height of 1.6 meters from the floor, cut a rectangular slot with dimensions: 345(L) x 149(W) x 51 (D) millimeters.
Fill and fix the gaps between the embedded box and the wall opening with cement or other non-corrosive construction adhesives, and brush the surface of the gap with the same decorative material as the surrounding walls. Wait for the cement or construction adhesive to set before proceeding with subsequent operations.
The installation of the embedded box is complete.
STEP2
The network cable and other wires pass through the holes of the Mounting bracket, which is then inserted into the embedded box. Secure with four M4X25 machine screws, fixing the entire Embedded box onto the four studs.
Take out the disassembly key (Purpose: to protect the main unit from being scratched during wiring). As shown in the image, align the slot at the bottom of the key with the top part of the square metal tabs protruding from the Mounting bracket, and snap the key into the tabs.
Complete the installation of the entire embedded wall component (embedded box + Mounting bracket + disassembly key).

5 | Main Unit Disassembly
Use an Allen wrench to align with the hexagonal slot of the screw on the bottom side of the main unit. Rotate counterclockwise to remove the screw,take off the small rectangular aluminum plate, revealing an ‘ ^ ‘-shaped disassembly hole in the main unit.
Insert the disassembly key into the hole, flip the main unit upwards and rotate. Grasp the main unit with both hands and lift it up, detaching it from the hanging ears on top of the Mounting bracket.
Main unit disassembly is complete.

When the door unit is connected to a device with a coil, such as a relay or an electromagnetic lock, it is recommended that a diode 1 A / 500 V (included in the accessories) connected antiparallet to the device.It is used to protect the door unit against voltage peak while switching off the induction load.

CONFIGURATIONS
Initial Setup
The system Languages, Network Modes, Connection Modes, Time, Display Modes can be selected and configured when the initial booting of device.
Check IP Address
The initial IP is 192.168.1.101, you can also enter 9999 in CALL menu then 3888 to get into the PROJECT SETTING, and tap STATUS to check the IP address.

Set SIP Account
Log into Web configuration portal of device, set up SIP accounts in INTERCOMACCOUNT page.
Set DTMF Code
Select DTMF mode and configure the code in DEVICEINPUT-OUTPUTRELAY page of Web configuration portal. NOTEYou can refer to device user manual for more details.

FUNCTIONS
Make Calls
You can make calls from the device by select contacts or dial call number.
Auto Answer
Incoming calls will be answered automatically by default.
Face Unlock
Walk in front of camera,the device can recognize the face and unlock the door if the facial image is matched.
PIN Unlock
Enter the access PIN set in device to unlock the door.
Card/Key fob Unlock
Attach the saved access card or key fob on the card reader area of device to unlock the door.
DTMF Unlock
Press the configured DTMF code on keypad of device answering the call, the lock connected on DH-G710S will be unlocked remotely.
Bluetooth Unlock
Upon entering the preset sensing range of the Bluetooth device, the mobile phone will automatically connect via the companion app and complete the unlocking process.
