It would work on both hands. However I absolutely would not buy from this vendor. I returned mine for a number of reasons and gave it an average review and the vendor has been harassing me to change my review via email for almost a year. They are offering to pay me to do that. Amazon is either not willing and or not able to stop by the harassment from this vendor.
It is a rechargeable battery. I’m currently using it as part of my post-surgery physical therapy, so I use it 3-4 times a day. A full charge will last me about 2 days. It runs cycles at different intensity levels for around 15 mins, then shuts off. I highly recommend this product! In the short time I’ve been using it, I have already noticed a huge improvement.

I use it when ever my hands really hurt. Always check with your dr if you have other health conditions. Like diabetes, heart condition or blood pressure.
I don’t know. This machine didn’t meet my needs so I returned it and left an average rating and this company has not stopped harassing me by email since. They’ve even offered to pay me to change my review. Amazon has not been able to stop the harassing emails.
